Recently purchased a used Jaguar F-Pace from Vertu Bolton. There were a few hiccups with the car itself and with the handover but that was primarily due to what we believe to be a communication breakdown with a partner branch. All the staff at Vertu Bolton were amazing, their communication was great, organisation was on point and they were always going the extra mile, doing everything they could to ensure that our buying experience was a positive one. This is our second purchase from Vertu Bolton and they continue to have our trust. Big thank you to Matt Kok and Declan Phillips.

Having driven down from Dumfries ,Michelle firstly got me a coffee then booked the car in.
Then while I waited in the pleasant surroundings I was offered plenty of refreshments and Will who had initially dealt with the car purchase appeared and thanked me for bringing the car back down for service and a relaxed chat about how I was getting on with the car .
Car service and updates complete ,out to the car where to my surprise there was a small gift and card from Michell thanking me for coming down and wishing me a safe journey back . Brillant!
10/10 , it’s the small things that make the difference , what a Top Team !!!

Refreshing experience
Having had a terrible service with another JLR retailer we popped in to look at a car on site. Met with Harvey who was excellent and really looked after us during the sale. Never over promised and was just a 'top chap' to deal with for me (and Wife said same so very high praise). Collected the car and really nice touch from them the way they delivered the car to us - again one super impressed wife. Had a small issue the next day and we called Harvey who said pop in and he'd get someone to have a look. Did this, met with receptionist (Julie) who immediately was aware we were coming and sat us down and offered drinks, chatted and was all around just good at her job. Car fixed, drove away half hour later. Cannot recommend Harvey or Julie enough. Just 'good people'

Deposit taken out twice. Terrible customer service
Placed a £99 refundable deposit on a Discovery Sport. Immediately had phone calls and emails from Harvey Stigwood who couldn’t do enough for us. We then bought one from our local Vertu branch so still with the same company (just a different branch). We requested the £99 refundable deposit back where upon we noticed it had been taken out twice. We sent screenshots of our bank statements, rang them, emailed them. Heard nothing. Left emails and phone calls saying we were going on a 2 week holiday so wanted to get it sorted out. Again, absolutely nothing. Altogether we emailed Declan Phillips, James Esker, Sarah Kelly and Harvey Stigwood and not one of them had the decency to reply, even to say they were looking in to it. A few days later the money eventually appeared in our account but no explanation, no apology. Nothing. A far cry from when we placed a deposit on the car and they couldn’t get in touch quick enough. I’m beyond happy we spent our £30k at a different branch of Vertu and would definitely not recommend the Bolton branch.

Dealership sold us a car with multiple faults. Promised they would all be fixed and then failed to fix them and basically saying tough. I cannot stress enough how much I want people to avoid this dealership and avoid wasting money.
In reference to the reply from vertu, we have visited the dealership to discuss several times. And made to wait at least an hour each time. And to no avail. It’s just an avoid sort of place. The vehicle has been rejected. I will hopefully find a more reputable dealer next time

I had a great experience with Vertu Motors, From the moment we met with Andrew he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely easy to talk to.
Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all my questions with confidence and provided helpful insights that made the experience both informative and enjoyable.
What impressed me most was his approach. Rather than feeling like a typical sales interaction, it felt like receiving honest advice from a true professional who cares about his customers. He is respectful, highly competent, and a pleasure to deal with.

Love the Range Rover Evoque we bought recently. Excellent service received from Matt and the rest of the team, who made the whole experience both simple and enjoyable. Matt was very helpful in explaining all the different options available to us with our existing car but at no point was pushy in his approach.

What can I say we called on a Saturday…
What can I say we called on a Saturday afternoon to look for a second hand car we had a look around not being harassed just left to our own devices, once I found the car I absolutely loved I found a sales person who was Harvey Stigwood an absolute gentleman he couldn't do enough to help us we had my 91 year old mum in a wheelchair who he treat with respect and made us all a lovely cup of coffee.
He sorted everything all I had to do was transfer the money and collect my car three days later I could not recommend their service enough absolutely fantastic

Excellent sales Service
Sales person Matt and Dec were excellent very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Matt took us on the test drive of our car and was very knowledgeable answering all our questions. We never once felt rushed by either Matt or Dec, both taking the time to ensure we were 100% happy to go ahead with the purchase but as we had already fallen in love with the car after the test drive it was a no brainer and the guys made it simple to agree terms. Highly recommended, just ask for Matt or Dec when you go in, you won’t go wrong
