What can I say we called on a Saturday…
What can I say we called on a Saturday afternoon to look for a second hand car we had a look around not being harassed just left to our own devices, once I found the car I absolutely loved I found a sales person who was Harvey Stigwood an absolute gentleman he couldn't do enough to help us we had my 91 year old mum in a wheelchair who he treat with respect and made us all a lovely cup of coffee.
He sorted everything all I had to do was transfer the money and collect my car three days later I could not recommend their service enough absolutely fantastic

Great experience overall - above and beyond expectation
Great experience from ordering to pick up of my new vehicle, despite issues with my part-ex which were purely a Land Rover issue, not the dealership.
Good support, information and service throughout.

Excellent sales Service
Sales person Matt and Dec were excellent very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Matt took us on the test drive of our car and was very knowledgeable answering all our questions. We never once felt rushed by either Matt or Dec, both taking the time to ensure we were 100% happy to go ahead with the purchase but as we had already fallen in love with the car after the test drive it was a no brainer and the guys made it simple to agree terms. Highly recommended, just ask for Matt or Dec when you go in, you won’t go wrong

JLR Bolton - used car purchase
Visited JLR Bolton dealership to purchase a used Jaguar F-Pace SVR and was very happy with the service I received from Zain & Declan. I had negotiated a deal via email before I visited and after a test drive I was able to drive off with my new car. Very relaxed experience and I was pleased with the service I received.

Outstanding customer service and staff. Vertu Motors Staff took the buying experience to another level. The customer experience was second to none from finding us the exact car that met our requirements and ensuring that we fully understood features etc on the land rover before we drove away. Professional service
We dealt with a very personable and professional young man called Matt K. There was no ‘hard sell’. Matt facilitated a test drive which was very helpful. Communication throughout was timely and informative. Showroom was well presented and offered a comfortable seating area and refreshments. A good experience from start to finish.

Purchasing my Jaguar F-PACE from Vertu JLR Bolton was a great experience from start to finish. Megan and James were absolutely exceptional — they went above and beyond at every step to make the process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.
From the moment I arrived, their customer service stood out. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive without ever being pushy.
What really made the difference was their willingness to go the extra mile. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they made sure I felt confident and excited about my purchase.
