Outstanding service whilst purchasing our Evoque!
From start to finish, the whole process was superbly handled. From my initial enquiry to finalising the deal Sales Exec Erika Smiley couldn’t have been more helpful or professional. Handover was perfect. She was incredibly thorough and patient when having to repeat items. On occasion I spoke to others in the team who were equally helpful and professional. JLR Bolton - used car purchase
Visited JLR Bolton dealership to purchase a used Jaguar F-Pace SVR and was very happy with the service I received from Zain & Declan. I had negotiated a deal via email before I visited and after a test drive I was able to drive off with my new car. Very relaxed experience and I was pleased with the service I received.

Professional service
We dealt with a very personable and professional young man called Matt K. There was no ‘hard sell’. Matt facilitated a test drive which was very helpful. Communication throughout was timely and informative. Showroom was well presented and offered a comfortable seating area and refreshments. A good experience from start to finish.

Fantastic service from the start
Fantastic service from the start. Made to feel welcome upon arrival, detailed video sent to me of my car from the technician who highlighted some additional things to monitor, have booked back in for these to be actioned. Also service advisors were excellent, Alia organised for my car to be connected to the app & arranged my loan car for the day. Overall a fantastic experience from Vertu. Thanks guys!

Purchasing my Jaguar F-PACE from Vertu JLR Bolton was a great experience from start to finish. Megan and James were absolutely exceptional — they went above and beyond at every step to make the process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.
From the moment I arrived, their customer service stood out. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive without ever being pushy.

what a great experience buying a car! Our salesman Matt was fantastic from start to finish. His knowledge on the car was outstanding the test drive was great on all different types of road not just a quick run round the block. He kept me informed all week on the process until the day arrived to pick the car up. We were made to feel so special especially with the unveiling.

Very rude front of house service staff totally unacceptable the way we were spoken to and treated from a main dealer cost me £600 for the service, was made to feel like they were doing me a favour.

MOT and service experience
Car booked in for MOT and service. I’d like to thank Harrison, the service advisor and the various technicians who completed the work on my car. A further examination of my car was carried out in addition to the basic booking. A few minor issues were discovered and subsequently fixed promptly and efficiently. It’s reassuring that I can trust the team at Bolton to do a thorough job of ensuring that my car remains in great condition and I will certainly continue to place my business with them in future.
