Verv Avaliações

I was not aware that I signed up for a monthly membership of $29.99 and I have tried unsuccessfully several times to cancel it to no avail. They make cancellation extremely tedious. I am still struggling to cancel this membership to an app that I don’t have

I actually have no idea what this app is. Contacted them multiples times to stop taking my money , was told they can’t cancel without an order number but I never ordered so no number .
They just did it again last month . Dont sign up for anything

I just was asked to complete an offer by subscribing $5 per month today 7/8/2024.. I was charged $69.99... My name is Ja'Nell. I would like a refund deposited back onto my account ASAP

There is something very strange going on with this website. Is verv legit or has it been hacked by Montibus LTD???

This is more than annoying. They keep on charching €79,- every two months while I already made clear that I'm not satisfied with the app!!! They clearly must see that this app isn't being used by me, but nonetheless they charge me for it!!! I'm really fed up.

Cancelled several times and they keep charging my cc. Just charged again today. Ughh.

I enjoy working out with this app! I personally like yoga and dance workouts🥰 I’m still a newbie but I will continue to use it to see if I can get visible results!

I have subscribed for a month, they should have charged 19,95$ to my credit card but to my surprise, they have charged 50!! What a scam!!!

I have to say that after complaining they sent me a refund. I still do not rate them higher because my experience was not positive.

I thought $1.00 was reasonable to try this plan. I read that I could cancel within a week and that would be the end of the app. Unfortunately, Verv does not have it set up to stop before a week, so I emailed to the support address to stop this application. No response. Then, $79.20 was taken from my account. I immediately contacted to the same email address for a refund with no response. I finally contacted my bank to stop payment on this recurring payment, which my bank is doing with an inquiry regarding the taking of my money without authorization. This is definitely a SCAM! I gave one star just to be able to let everyone know.

Good thing I used a pre paid card. I signed up for free trial and cancelled 3days later. Verb.com is still trying to charge me $79. Fee. Should be a better way to cancel. Set up to take ppl money.

Signed up for free trial then 79 dollars was taken from my card without authorisation. I’ve had no response to request for a refund …scammers !!

Je vous déconseille cette appli elle est en anglais la plupart du temps et en plus mal fichu, comme une gourde j ai pris un an d abonnement
A fuir

Further to my previous review I just wanted to update with the fact that I’ve now lost 2lb in Just under 3 wks By just watching my calories and following the walking programme! I also need to clarify the cost ( my maths never was great!!) it’s just over 10p a day subscription which makes it an Even more incredible Resource to have in my pocket
