We combine the expertise of our in-house veterinary practice, Vet’s Klinic, with only the highest quality ingredients, to create a range of naturally nutritious and tasty food & treats. We also offer a range of supplements for cats & dogs, to ease common health complaints.
All our recipes are hypoallergenic (formulated without Wheat, Beef or Dairy), meaning they are kind to dogs with common intolerances/ allergies. Our range of dog food covers all stages, from: Puppy (up to 1 year), Adult (1-7 years) to Senior (7+ years), all designed for a specific purpose; weight loss, sensitive stomach/ skin or with additional supplementary support for younger or older dogs.
We also pride ourselves on our supplements, most of which are suitable for both cats & dogs - to give additional support alongside their normal diet.
As part of the service we offer, we also have an in-house pet nutritionist, Fiona, who is always on hand to offer help and advice to our customers and their pets.

Great product
Easy to order. My dog loves this food. We use for training as well as an addition to wet food.

No warning on subscription renewal

The wet sensitive fish dog food is much better since the recipe change, my dog has Inflammatory bowel disease and it really suits his digestion. So 4 stars for food but only 1 for availability, as it's not been in stock for over 2 weeks..so I'll need to source a different brand if it doesn't return within a week or so..I can't just suddenly change his food on the day I run out.

My dog had digestive issues
My dog had digestive issues. I tried Vet's Kitchen Sensitive Grain Free 4 years ago and have used it along with grain free wet food ever since. No digestive issues since.
One niggle: the bags rarely open easily. The guidance to tear along the marked strip is useless. You end up using scissors and destroying the useful velcro strip. Please adjust your machines...

product regularly listed as out of stock
I have been to their website several times over the last 12 months and their senior dry dog food is regularly listed as out of stock. In fact today half of the dry dog food products that they offer were out of stock. This problem became an issue after the company was sold/taken over a while ago. Before then I never had a problem. After it has been difficult to order this product on line.

My first on-line order as I have difficulty buying from Sainsbury's my usual supplier.
I found the on-line ordering to be efficient and delivery was extremely quick.
I will certainly be ordering on-line again as my dog has a sensitive stomach and this product suits her.

My three dogs love this brand
My three dogs love this brand, the two younger thankfully are on Pork & Sweet potato and my local Sainsbury’s have it back in stock. But my older dog can only eat your Turkey and Sweet potato of which for ages I cannot find. I’ve now resorted to other brands but they are upsetting her stomach. Is the Turkey one coming back. ???

Good Delivery. Difficult to get small bags.
Good Delivery. I ordered 2 x lots of Pork & Potato in 2.2 kgs bags as they never have any available. The Turkey has not been available for months. !
Really hard to order smaller bags of the Dried Dog Food.

Ease of ordering and rapid delivery
Ease of ordering and rapid delivery. I wouldn’t give my rough collie any other kibble. She loved the adult version and now has the senior kibble as she is eleven years old. It is good that she enjoys a food that is helping to keep her healthy.

Excellent Dry Dog Food
This purchase gives proof that it is often best to go directly to the supplier of a product. The food was delivered on time, very securely packaged, it was the best price currently available and most importantly my Spaniel loves it!
