We had a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Tiffany Delacruz through VETSTER for our 12-year-old dog, Harley, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

Harley had very loose stools with mucus that resulted in a few middle-of-the-night potty breaks. He’s a great dog who clearly lets us know when something isn’t right, and Dr. Delacruz took the time to listen, review his symptoms, and provide a thoughtful, thorough consult. She prescribed medication that should correct his GI upset, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

The convenience of VETSTER cannot be overstated—especially during the holidays when in-person vet appointments are nearly impossible to get. I didn’t have to drive anywhere, sit in a dirty, germy waiting room, or spend extra time waiting just to receive a quick diagnosis and prescription. Harley’s prescription was sent directly to our local pharmacy for easy pickup, and I love that I can type updates on how he’s doing after starting the medication.

The cost was more than half of what an in-clinic visit would have been, with better convenience and no stress for us or our dog.

Vetster helped me tremendously. Quick and easy to find a licensed veterinarian who could see me right away, and the 4 visits for the price is definitely worth it. What was a stressful situation and with limited funds and difficulty to get anywhere physically, Vetster made it possible for me to get my little buddies the help and medication they needed that literally saved their lives. I'm very grateful for Vetster's services and will use them again for sure. I highly recommend them. I was a little unsure at first but the entire experience was fantastic. Choosing a veterinarian was easy and lots of choices, with reviews and their experience and bios all easily accessible. Creating an account and accounts for my kitties was super easy and intuitive, and being able to upload pics and videos of any concerns was very helpful. Ordering the medication afterwards was seamless and easy. I chose to go through Vetster's pharmacy as well as external pharmacies and both experiences were flawless. Vetster sent out the medication overnight and being able to pick up other medication at my local pharmacy was just as easy. Very happy with Vetser—thank you so much!
