Shipping was slow. It took a month to get order. The buy one get one free was misleading. We only got one dual bladed saber that we ordered . It can become two but it was listed as one. I asked customer service and free one can’t be selected - now I know there is is no “free one”. Product appears okay but disappointed and would not recommend as it does not seem as good of a deal as thought.

Instructions unclear. Bluetooth won't work. No answers on how to properly change settings and impossible to shut off.

Despite the delay in delivery (not VFSaber's fault), couldn't fault the customer service - Joe sent me regular updates and was quick to respond to any queries. When the light saber did arrive, my son was very pleased - the hilt really is very realistic and solid and the sound effects very impressive, especially with the motion sensor. My son was even more pleased to find that he received another light saber free with a free coupler to put them together, which was a bonus and made up for the long wait. The 365-day warranty also offers peace of mind, even factoring in any duelling wear and tear! Highly recommend for any hardcore Star Wars fan out there!

The lightsabers are amazing! Delivery was overall very quick considering what is guaranteed. The service was also great, however I am giving 4/5 stars because I do feel like I have to mention, that information under the order clearly specifies that when the order is ready to be shipped, an e-mail will be delivered, the only e-mail I recieved was from the shipping company itself, and maybe that was what the information was reffering to, however I feel like that should be specified, since I had no news from VF sabers specificially, only an e-mail from a shipping service, telling me that I have a delivery shipping from Hong Kong - China, and since I hadn't ordered anything specifically from China, I was confused for a bit, before I assumed that it's the order of sabers, which I later confirmed.

I do recommend VF Sabers, just an amazing company, that sells great sabers, but be ready that the shipping might take a bit.

I have not received my purchase, and cannot see any shipping information other than that it is ready to ship.
This was a Christmas gift for my son.
I am extremely disappointed.

Edit: Yes, I have Shop. I’ve been using it in attempt to track my package. I had been speaking with a customer service representative but the chat has since been disabled.

I love my purchase from here and it gave so much good quality

The saber is great quality and the other parts I order are as well. The only issues were: there was no notification of my saber being delivered, only the saber arrived, and I had to wait a full month to have the rest delivered.

The Service is great. I hab my doubts and I ask in the chat and (I don’t know exactly who) they replied most at the time in a few minutes. The package came to me as expected. All in all a really good Sabershop, but I have a issue with my Temple Guard Lightsaber. I was battling with my friend and every now end then he it my hilt (not intentionally but it happens) and at the first time the grey aluminum (I think it is aluminum) fell of. We were like o s**t, but then we saw that this pice was only glued on very purely. I don’t know if it’s your fault, I don’t think so, but I just think it is a little sad that the saber hilt breaks upon hitting it a little to hard.

Very good experience serious company only complaint I have is that I never got sent a mail confirming that the order was sent as I was promised in the order confirmation email otherwise everything went smoothly.

Bought a proffie saber just over 1 year ago.. Barely even used it due to moving house twice in the past year.. fired it up... nothing but corrupt sound, no lights working now, nothing 1 month out of warranty. #1808 is the order number if anyone from VF wants to contact me as no reply to email since the last one I sent over a year ago when the saber didn't sound right.

Update.

VF has reached out and are sending a new core. For that reason I'm updating to a 5 star. I feel it's above and beyond what I'm entitled to and greatly appreciate the gesture.

Very well made saber from y’all. My first saber so far and it holds together like a champ. Y’all are also the coolest ppl I’ve seen in a company in a while. Again, well done!
