When i got it everything was great but i didnt get any shipping updates until it arrived approx 20 days later other than that its great

I don’t get a tracking number so don’t know where it is, where it’s coming from, or when it’s going to get here I basically left in the dark about my own package

Although I wasn't notified when my package has been sent, it came afer just 8 days to my place (shipping to Slovakia). Saber is in perfect shape, the blade is bright and speakers are loud. I find it quite annoying that for the blade to stop glowing you have to press the button for 4 seconds and it does not make the swing sound during this time.
This is my first lightsaber ever, so I can't compare to any other lightsaber, but VF sabers is reliable e-shop with quality lightsabers for the price.

Great sabers with low delivery time, around 7 days, and great customer service

They sent me a defective Saber that never worked from out of the box and when I tried to return and get a refund they said they need the Saber back to do the refund. When I went to the post office to ship it was over $120 just to send them the Saber back. When I ask if they could send a return label they denied that request. The Saber was only $200 so I would lose about $120 and get nothing in return which is ridiculous.

Saber itself looks amazing super easy to assemble. Sounds great and changes with different features. Plus customer’s service is great I highly recommend vfsabers.

This is my second time purchasing from VF Sabers and I can say the quality is perfect. My only complaint is I haven't heard anything from them after the initial confirmation email so I never know when it ships or is close to delivery. I never get a shipping number or anything and with porch pirates I'd rather be in the loop for package deliveries.

Shipping took a month to come, but the product is very nice. Do reccomend.

Nice gift for son. Lots of light and sound modes. I would like to improve the sound quality a little, but the child is happy with this thing, and this is the main thing for me.

Well, i can't rate what i can't see.

As of today, the delivery still hasn't happened. Neither the order email or the link you sent me to track my order give me any clue on how far the delivery process has progressed.

Unless you can tell me when i can expect the delivery to arrive, i can't tell you when i'll be able to rate your service properly.

I haven't even gottem my order yet. I ordered it on like November 25th. I tried talking to the chat bot about receiving a tracking number but haven't had any replies. I downloaded the Shop app for tracking and there is no tracking on the item. I would have also preferred the neo pixel version but the website wouldn't let me change that preference. But that's fine. Id just like to know where my order is?
