Unable to track shipment. Status is ''on your way'' for almost a month now. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Not sure how all the 5 star ratings were given.

At the time of recieving this message, I still have not recieved my product. I have allready contacted your company via e-mail to ask for an update. I did not get a reply.

Update:
Eventually I did receive my product. There were some initial issue’s with it, but after contacting the customer service again, these issues were quickly resolved. All in all the process to aquire the product wasnt a great experience. The product itself does make up for this though. Once everything was sorted out, it is an amazing product!

I have not received my order at all. Order was placed 3 weeks ago and has not been updated since. Order number is 1997.

I had purchased the Baylen Skoll's Xenopixel Lightsaber and it met all of my expectations. From the smooth swing, to the weight, and colors the produ t is well designed and durable.
I will definitely be purchasing from VF Sabers again in the future.

No timeframe sent for expected shipment. They have a policy of sending within 6 months but don't mention that at all during the sales process. I find it incredibly unprofessional to intentionally omit important information like that. It's deceptive by definition.

I bought the Duke for my 16 year old son last November and he really liked this gift. Customer service is outstanding. They were quick to help me with an issue we had because I used the wrong charger. I would definitely recommend this company and will buy from them again.

Got what i bought. Good product

I took a gamble on VF when they had just started up.
Not sure if I was a lucky early customer but shipment was prompt and items arrived in a nice sleak case I hadnt even ordered.

Its been about a year and products still hold up.
Details are great and guests still admire them everytime they come over and see them on the stands.

They have a good realistic weight to them.

Ive sparred with them sparingly but they can take some hits.

Maaybe I would have wanted some more detailed assembly instructions but instead I got to feel like a real lil padawan figuring out how to build my own light saber.

In the end I was just dumb and it was not as complicated as I thought, just two clicks and no dissasembly required at all. But it was fun reassembling the hilts none the less.

I was rightfully corrected about shipment. It is true, I wasnt charged for shipment ,but my country customs. I am frustrated ,because of courier company which send me a message in which they said that my package would arrive on 24th while doing some really weird stuff like getting it close to my city and then back to other country. My review was not fair cuz the issues have nothing to do with your company. Will make a new review after getting my package for now will leave it like this. Sorry for misjudgment.

Very professional. The shipping was very fast and the product is really good. I bough an entry level hilt but with the Neopixel option, and it’s really good for the money!

Good service. Product just as I expected

The saber hilt is very well built and looks and feels of high quality. The blade is extremely bright and vibrant, and all the effects are awesome. The sounds are also matching of the same quality and add a lot to the experience. The customization is a nice touch, and I was extremely surprised the saber came in its own carrying case, a very welcoming touch.

All in all I highly recommend buying from this seller based on my experience so far.

The site was easy to navigate, the selection was incredible and high quality. All that it lacked was customer reviews on the page, which made me skeptical about my purchase.
