Quick on shipping and fair on pricing. The only issue I have had is the first order of balls I made, the box was loose in the shipping box. No biggie though

Following my original review, I wanted to provide an update.

Vice Golf did make a mistake with my order, which was understandably disappointing. However, after speaking with their customer service team, they handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue quickly.

The only reason I have awarded 4 stars rather than 5 is that it took longer than I would have expected to receive a response initially. Once my case reached a customer service representative, the experience was excellent and the issue was resolved without any further problems.

Mistakes can happen in any business—it's how they're dealt with that matters. In this case, Vice ultimately did the right thing, and I appreciate the way they put things right.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Vice Golf.

I ordered a 24-ball Vice Variety Pack costing approximately £80 but instead received 12 Vice Pro Plus golf balls worth around £43. While I was disappointed by the packing error, I accepted that mistakes happen and expected the issue to be resolved quickly.

Unfortunately, that has not been the case.

I reported the problem immediately and received an acknowledgement stating that my case had been passed to a customer care agent as a high priority. Since then, I have received no meaningful communication despite waiting almost a week and sending a follow-up email.

My frustration is no longer with the original mistake. Errors happen in every business. My frustration is with the lack of communication and the apparent lack of urgency in resolving an issue where a customer has paid in full but received the wrong order.

I had expected a much higher standard of customer service from Vice Golf. I sincerely hope this review prompts someone to look into my case and resolve it without any further delay.

I will happily update this review if the matter is dealt with promptly and professionally.

Very happy with the driver I purchased. My misses are playable and hitting more fairways. Did not have to sacrifice any distance for more consistency

Unbelievable performance for a great price. Recently purchased 3 dozen balls and a brand new driver!! I love the balls the feel is so good and love the tracers for putting. The driver is awesome suck good feel very forgiving. I love that this company wants to give great products to amateur golfers at reasonable prices. I’m hear for it and will continue to to support this great company.

Purchased brand new irons and after asking for weeks for some kind of an update to my shipping information, they responded saying my package will be sent immediately. Another week goes by, still ZERO update. Emailed again and got a response saying there is some kind of an issue and they'll reach out. I feel like I got scammed. Will I ever get these golf clubs, or should I just get a refund from my bank? ANY kind of an update or real tracking information would be greatly appreciated. I've never purchased from this company before so I just cannot recommend this to any of my peers at this time.

I am so glad I emailed to double check their returns policy. Under the driver it states:
"Play it. Test it. Put it through real course conditions. If your Vice Golf club doesn’t fit your game, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund - even after you’ve played it"
However, the return is only processed if there are no signs of use - a slight paradox... Even if you stripe it you'll have tee marks and ball marks on the face after a month so I imagine from other reviews they would not honour it.

Absolutely awful customer service, absolutely awful experience, will never buy from Vice again after this. Customer service is unresponsive, it's taken over a month to get my putter, and I've been reaching out to Vice for weeks, with NO reply. 0/10 across the board. Buy Ping, buy Callaway, buy Titleist, buy from any other golf brand BUT Vice.

Quick shipment. Ball exceeded my expectations. Land soft on the green, high visibility. The tracker balls give great feedback on putts. Will really help to practice with these balls giving instant feedback on how you hit the ball.

Fast shipping, which means nearly instant gratification of your money. Great product. Bet continuous compliments on my boost starter set. Everyone says they’ve seen them on social media but never touched a set.

They play great, they’re very forgiving in graphite, and very reliable for a novice.

The service was very good. But the clubs just did not perform as advertised.

The ordering experience was seamless. The customization tools are fantastic — even if you don't know a ton about club specs, they make the whole process intuitive and easy. And the fitting options mean these clubs are actually built for you, not just pulled off a rack. Every club feels dialed in to my game in a way that off-the-shelf sets simply can't match.
I started with the Boost Plus set, then added a custom driver, 3-wood, 3-hybrid, 4-hybrid, and putter. Each one was easy to configure exactly how I wanted it. The result? I basically have two complete, fully customized sets of clubs — and the total cost was still less than a single set from a top brand at a big box store.
But here's the thing — the quality is right there with the top brands. The feel, the consistency, the build quality — it's all exceptional. And the looks? I get compliments every single round. Other golfers are stopping me on the course asking about the clubs — the finish, the craftsmanship, and especially the sound of the driver (VGD01). That sound alone turns heads.
Vice Golf gives you tour-level quality, custom fitting, and stunning looks at a price that genuinely makes the big brands look ridiculous by comparison. If you're on the fence, just pull the trigger. I'm a customer for life.

The club fitting (actual person) told me what to order and said I could use the clubs . 60 day return . The clubs are too long and feel like hitting a brick. Quality issues as well. Metal peeling. I have had multiple conversations and pictures sent. I was told no refund. They scam you be aware.

Spent £1000 on a set of clubs, had no idea what was going on with a shipping date after 2 weeks.
Customer service is non existent then finally got a delivery date, that came and went, got another delivery date for 2 days later, checked my tracking number and low and behold they were still in Germany,they will never arrive in 2 days, to the UK.
Worst online company I've ever bought from. Good brand but not very good customer service.
