This is so frustrating. The episodes don't even start. They're either cut off in between or not working at all. Their customer service sending the same thing over and over again. They asked for proof and you gave them proof and say they fixed it. In the end it is still the same thing. Not working overall, what a waste of money.

Programming good but the app is a dud. If I see another "Oh No! Something has gone wrong" I think I will scream!!! I am sick of "Try again" messages. As well as "can't connect to server", "log on again", "Cant generate pin number"!!!! I don't have any problems with any other apps

I wish I read these reviews before getting a Viki subscription. Every time I’m watching a drama, in the middle of an episode, a 404 error shows pops up on the page. Also the save time for shows are not accurate. I would pause and exit an episode and when I go back to watch it, it’s about 10-15 minutes behind from where I originally paused it. Sometimes, the whole episode just starts over randomly. Also the app version on Apple TV or Fire TV is terrible. The app isn’t user friendly at all and the subtitles are slow as well. If possible, use a different platform to watch your shows. Also the refund policy is terrible too and they label anything as “accidental” to not give you your charge back. Plus the support team responds to your tickets in Chinese which makes it hard to understand the process of your tickets if you’re not familiar with the language. I had to translate all their responses online. Anyways, if you’re thinking about subscribing to Viki, please save your money and don’t. If Dramafever was still active, I would’ve stuck with them.

Sono abbonata a Viki da almeno quattro anni, in questi quattro anni purtroppo ho visto che questa (inizialmente) fantastica applicazione è andata sempre peggiorando. Ultimamente è diventata una lotteria iniziare a guardare una nuova serie tv, dato che non si sa se le traduzioni verranno terminate o abbandonate a metà della serie. Se questo viene segnalato nei commenti, lo staff si premura di cancellare il mal contento.

They have recently implemented a couple of onerous policies for current subscribers that screams plain and simple GREED! First: those with standard subscription now have to contend with advertisements. To get to what you had originally enjoyed when you first signed up, you'd have to pay an additional $49.99 annually. Second: they have placed highly rated shows, old and new, under Viki Plus, an upgraded subscription meaning MORE MONEY! Shows that we enjoyed before, we can no longer rewatch unless we upgrade our subscription. If you're thinking of subscribing, I advise you not. It's a money trap and these people have no integrity. SHAME OM YOU, VIKI

Constantly get part way through a show only to switch to constant buffering.
Happens on both Firestick and MiStick
Used to work OK, and all other apps still working perfectly.
Have given up using Viki due to their abysmal technical abilities.

I love Viki, but the continue playing function doesn't work. Not only does it not register at what time you stop watching an episode, but it sometimes doesn't show the series in there at all. It's been like this for over a year now.

This site is definitely a scam!!
I subscribed two years ago to watch something that wasn't available on other streaming sites but even after I canceled my account I was charged and on top of that my email was changed to an email that was not mine very easily. When I requested a refund I was charged instead. Don't ever use this company unless you are in for the long haul!

Good channel BUT the adverts spoil it there’s more adverts than drama which puts you right off can’t get into the dramas and enjoy them as adverts arrive at the best parts so will look for a better channel

bien que pour l'instant très satisfaite des propositions de viki,
je joins ma voix à celle de tous ceux qui se plaignent des traductions en cours et inachevées qui sont très frustrantes car on est dans l'attente, et sur plusieurs mois en effet.
Il vaudrait mieux que les séries ne soient pas disponibles avant d'être totalement traduites dans une langue ou que davantage de traducteurs travaillent ensemble plus rapidement .
Merci quand même à eux lorsqu'ils font rapidement leur travail car je sais qu'ils sont bénévoles
mais pour résoudre ce problème, je suis prête moi aussi à payer un peu plus cher l'abonnement pour les embaucher en les rémunérant à condition que les traductions soient toutes achevées et rapidement, quitte à me répéter.

On fait vite le tour.
Ça ne sert à rien de s'abonner, on pourrait trouver du mieux en streaming.
Je retire mon abonnement annuel.
J'ai regardé 2 séries et le reste des séries proposé date de Jérusalem.

VIKI is only showing partial contents, arbitrarily translated and even poorly interpreted contents from China, Korea, Japan. Nowadays, they are pushing Chinese contents, for promotions. And, there is nothing you can do to custom display your favorite shows.

Also, their content posting is lagged for over 24-36 hours (without English Translation yet) and as a paid user, this is unacceptable.

È sempre stata l'unica fonte legale sicura di serie asiatiche di cui altrove non era possibile usufruire... ma nel corso degli ultimi anni si sta fissando con il dimostrarsi amica di tutti e quindi ci riempie letteralmente la home di serie su omosessualità o lgtb+ che sia: prendete le posizioni che volete per voi stessi ma non ci fate continuamente deglutire per forza quello che dite voi a ogni ora del giorno e della notte!
Sarà poi che Netflix si sta accaparrando molti titoli perché magari ha più soldi da buttare, ma veramente quasi tutte le serie sono ora bloccate se non si è iscritti: trovo legittimo che chi compra i diritti per rimettere in circolazione un dato prodotto faccia fruttare come crede il proprio investimento, ma ormai sa di presa in giro (soprattutto quando due o cinque episodi vengono messi a disposizione di chiunque mediante pubblicità e poi appena esce il successivo, senza alcun preavviso, SOLO questo e i seguenti diventino a pagamento; nemmeno solo il primo per farti venir voglia, ma un numero di episodi sempre diverso e inaspettato a seconda del caso!), anche perché ci sono titoli che vorrebbero far passare per liberi ma in realtà hanno quindici minuti di pubblicità ogni due minuti di episodio (non sto esagerando).
Alcune serie sono disponibili ma non per tutti i paesi e non è detto che lo diverranno mai per il tuo paese (in pratica vedi che ci sono ma non hai accesso in base all'area geografica), il che crea confusione con la decisione di abbonarsi o meno e di rinnovare l'abbonamento o meno.
Di problemi tecnici ce ne sono spessissimo (non si può più contare sul segno al punto in cui si è arrivati da due anni ormai) e in alcuni orari il traffico sui server è talmente alto da mandare tutto in tilt, ma al servizio clienti sono generalmente tempestivi e cercano di aiutarti senza trattarti da idiota (cosa non comune quando si tratta di aprire un ticket per ricevere assistenza tecnica).

Di positivo resta che le serie da loro prodotte non si stanno trasformando in copie conformi di americanate già viste e riviste come invece accade su piattaforme alla Netflix, mantenendo invece quel tono tipico ciascuna del proprio paese d'origine (che sia Taiwan, Giappone, Corea del Sud o altro: si vede che sono modi di realizzare completamente diversi e che il focus su storie magari molto simili cambi anche in base a questo, e così spero resti).

Ma invece di mettere i film tutti riferito ai gay tailandese e Taiwan, no che abbia qualcosa contro assolutamente no, e solo che vorrei vedere praomok, e molti altri film da poter vedere bellissimi. Se per favore potete fare qualcosa vene sarei grata. Perché non so l'inglese e mi viene difficile. E amo viki xk ho potuto vedere i film che mi piacciono moltissimo 😍. E vi ringrazio molto.

I don’t why having a issues!! i watching on my Apple tv full HD! on my ipad pro & on i phone via App! it’s smoother then Amazon prime go try finding recent Added series & movies on Amazon ! lol !
this on is easy pretty straight forward! get pass 1 week free with annual subscription! without any issue! omg 😱 you will be surprised where netflix & amazon getting ideas for the web series or being remake! From south Asians series with English subtitles! working fine soon will be added english dubbing! kook at the rating so so Good other hand netflix amzon or sky whatever series coming out flopped waist of money no story line !
