I'm writing this because I had been waiting days to be able to watch some episodes of section e but then it just got lock like now I have to pay and also I have to wait to watch the episodes and I'm watching part 2 of section e we shouldn't pay but for movies its fine but for the series no I cried because I installed this app to be able to watch section e and other series but now I can't watch section e unless I pay thats why I cried after I saw that I can't watch the ending of part 2 of section e 😠😤

I really like viki but the only problem is when I get off the app and click it again it takes a long time to continue the show and it gets to a point where it’s really annoying but overall I think the shows are amazing especially for people like me who don’t have the premium pass.

J ai un abonnement que je paye tout les mois, je m aperçoit que je ne peux pas regarder toute les séries. J ai un message qui me demande de m abonner. Franchement c est pas sérieux.

This app sucks cuz I start watching I series and on my phone and then I get off of it and try to watch it on my tv and it won’t let me because it say I’m watching it on my phone but I’m not it so it’s so freaking annoying luv the show but I’ll be going to iqlYl and watch shows there freaking stupid as app

Je viens d'acheter l'abonnement Viki Pass (Viki gratuit, je pense que c'est du vent...).
Hors, je m'aperçois que je ne peux pas visionner les séries dans leur intégralité. Je suis très déçue. Grosse frustration! Qui a envie de visionner une série sachant que les 3 ou 4 derniers épisodes ne sont pas proposés? On reste sur notre faim!
J'ai essayé plusieurs séries, c'est toujours le même problème... Conclusion, je suis repartie chez des concurrents.
Je veux bien qu'on m'explique quand même!

Very worst experience. Earlier it was good but now we need to watch 5 ads at once and frequently ads will show up which is very much annoying. The series will stop at one point and again it will not come.
I literally hate viki.

I filed my complaint that viki app is not working and even shared screen shots with ur customer support person nothing happen I'm paid customer not even watching it free and since from last week I emailed but nothing happen my issue is still there.. worst customer service ever

To be honest, I am starting to like this website less and less. The shows available without a subscription are mostly uninteresting. While there are a few I rewatch occasionally, many shows I wanted to watch are locked, and I mean 10+ titles. Then there are the ads. I feel like I'm getting ads every 15-30 minutes, and it's usually 2-3 ads, with 1-2 repeating 2-4 times in the same ad break. To make matters worse, I'm just listening to the ads no video to watch just staring at my paused show, the ads aren't even in English so i am just listening to Korean and Chinese ads staring at my paused show.

Je suis en train de regarder Goblin, le roi majestueux et solitaire. J'ai 45 pubs que je peux skipper au bout de 5 secondes, mais quand même. C'est une énorme blague ahah.

Depuis plusieurs mois les sous titre ne fonctionne plus et il manque des saisons de films!!!!!!

VIKI ISNT WORTH BOTHERING WITH if u dont speak an asian language. It has to b the worst app ive ever had to use when trying to watch shows using subtitles. THE APP IS SOOOO OUTDATED Too many ISSUES Its also constantly going back to the beginning of episodes when u need to pause the shows if ur like me and need 2 reread some subtitles. Everything that can go wrong is going wrong. And im only on the second episode. Which means im forced to watch several more adds. And I cannot get over how many adds there r aswell. There r WAY 2 MANY ADDS on here compared 2 any other app ive used so far like netflix disney and a few others. Im pretty sure im spending at least around 70% of the time watching . Even the stremio app, 4 example is better in tune with today's technology. It seems viki is still back in the 1980s with theirs. Even if I was to pay to get rid of the adds, 2 me it would still not b worth it bcos the app is so outdated and doesnt work at all properly and difficult to navigate bcos of it. Ps. Ive now been watching IQIYI and found it much much much better although its abit too expensive r me so will only b able 2 sadly watch the shows I like on it 4 a short while. Again its a much better app and has alot more shows to choose from aswell.

Le seul inconvénient : les sous-titres .. souvent les sous-titres de la langue originale sont présents ( et inutiles) et sont en superpositions avec les vosfr (dans mon cas) .. C'est fatigant et pénalisant pour le drama qu'il soit K,C ou J...même si il est top , j'arrête de regarder

its a nice site with quite some shows i couldnt find elsewhere but when i watch in the evening it because really apparent that the ad volume is so much louder then the show itself. the show could be playing at 20 and an add pops up at it sounds like it went up to a 100 which jumpscares me each time and just make it frustrating

Ho fatto l'abbonamento mensile perché la pubblicità era davvero tanta ed ero interessata a vedere alcune serie non gratuite. Al momento sono molto contenta perché ormai è impossibile trovare abbonamenti a questo prezzo senza pubblicità ed il catalogo è vastissimo.
Quello che mi piace è la ricerca perché i filtri sono eccezionali. L'app per smartphone è ancora meglio di quella per smart TV.

I've been a Viki subscriber for years, but since the latest update, the app has been unusable—it's just a source of frustration.
It doesn’t show which episodes of a series I’ve already watched, I can’t see the translation level for the selected language for each episode, and it often doesn’t load all the episodes or gets them mixed up.
Translations have slowed down, there are fewer K-dramas, and the selection of C-dramas is getting poorer too. I’m thinking about canceling my subscription.

Charged days before payment is due. I have cancelled before for this reason. If my subscription payment date is the 28th, take your money on the 28th not 27 not 26!!! It's inconveniencing me and utterly annoying.That money has already been spoken for. Because this has happened again, I have cancelled my subscription again.

1. Love the cast list included which also shows other works by each of them, too.
2. Love the variety of shows. Primarily I watch K content, but I do watch a few others, too.
3. Appreciate some of the reviews.
4. Why I am no longer subscribing after this month: there are some genres I personally find distasteful. I have asked for Viki to provide a way for a subscriber to block certain content from appearing as recommendation. They have not to date. I kept trying to find a way to communicate this to Viki. My only option was to cancel my account. Then they asked why but still did not change anything.

La pubblicità nella versione gratuita e tantissima, inoltre quasi sempre viene ripetuta. Mi spiego meglio , cinque pubblicità tutte dello stesso sponsor. Alla fine, lasci perché non cela fai più. Queste interruzioni nuocciono allazienda, ma anche agli sponsor.
