It was fine until it came to renewal. It should be €49.99 for a year but they didn't take the money.

When I went to renew manually they're charging €59.99 for a year on the same day as not taking the €49.99 they said it would be in my account.

Back to the high seas. Terrible customer service also. Kiss Asian will do as this seems to be a forced upgrade that I don't need nor want.

Leider sind bei vielen Serien nur die hälfte der Folgen mit deutschem Untertitel, also nicht vollständig übersetzt. Man könnte doch meinen daß man als Viki Pass abonnierer, komplette Übersetzung Verlangen kann, schade werde wohl den Viki Pass wieder kündigen. Anscheinend nur Kunden Abzocke, sollten sich was schämen.

Rakuten Viki – enttäuschend und unprofessionell

Extrem unzuverlässige Plattform. Ständige Verbindungsprobleme, lange Ladezeiten und häufige Fehlermeldungen machen das Schauen zur Geduldsprobe. Neue Serien erscheinen nur noch häppchenweise – meist ein bis zwei Folgen pro Woche – und selbst diese werden oft nicht zum angekündigten Termin veröffentlicht.

Das bedeutet: Serien können nicht mehr am Stück, zum Beispiel am Wochenende, geschaut werden. Stattdessen muss man Woche für Woche auf neue Folgen warten, was den Spaß völlig nimmt.

Hat man es schließlich geschafft, dass eine Serie vollständig verfügbar ist, fehlt bei mehreren Folgen plötzlich die deutsche Synchronisation. Ein durchgängiges Seherlebnis ist so nicht möglich.

Von einem internationalen Streamingdienst erwarte ich deutlich mehr Professionalität, Stabilität und Kundenorientierung. Aktuell ist Rakuten Viki weit davon entfernt – für mich absolut keine Empfehlung.

Momenteel ben ik niet zo tevreden , kijk al jaar series via deze side en ondervond geen problemen masr sinds kort blijft niets meer in mijn watchlist staan nadat ik het heb aangetikt en moet ik staads opnieuw zoeken , dit is nog maar een paar weken.
Opnieuw downloden , afsluiten opstarten niets helpt ben nu ook mn gele watchlist kwijt en weet ik niet precies meer wat ik wel en niet wil zien.

Quand on ouvre l'application Vikirakuten, les affiches des séries ou films sont floues ! C'est insupportable, y a-t-il un technicien informatique qui pourrait résoudre ce problème ? Ensuite quand on caste la série ou le film du smartphone vers la télé, la langue de traduction change sans qu'on l'ai modifié ! Ça aussi c'est horripilant. Action technique requise, Merci 🙏🏽

I just finished watching a Chinese TV series, and it was hard to understand who they were talking about, since you either rely on AI to translate the dialogue or, as usual, you pick random people off the street who don’t know the grammar of any language and mix up he with she, you with her. There are unbelievable blunders that aren’t even funny — they just irritate the viewer and show nothing but your incompetence in hiring people who are clearly unfit to work with the nuances of any language. After all, we pay a subscription fee; you should be on the same level as other paid streaming platforms. Instead, you’re still at the level of complete amateurs.

Ho finito di guardare una serie tv cinese ed era difficile capire di chi si parlava dato che vi o vi affidate all’IA per tradurre le battute oppure, come al solito, raccogliete gente per strada che non conosce la grammatica della lingua – non importa quale lingua – e confonde gli con le, tu con lei. Si leggono degli strafalcioni impensabili che non fanno neanche ridere, ma oltre ad innervosire lo spettatore mostrano anche e solo la vostra incompetenza nel voler far lavorare gente poco adatta a lavorare con le sfumature di ogni lingua. Dopo tutto paghiamo un abbonamento, dovreste essere allo stesso livello di altre piattaforme streaming a pagamento, invece no, siete ancora al livello di dilettanti allo sbaraglio.

Je suis abonnée depuis 2017 et en étais très satisfaite.
Il est vrai que je peux lire les traductions en anglais comme en français donc je ne reste pas suspendue en plein milieu d'une série.
Cependant en ce moment je trouve qu'il y a trop de séries chinoises (pas vraiment à mon goût) et pas assez de kdrama. Et les quelques kdrama récents sont en majorité de moins bonne qualité.

Ho fatto l'abbonamento a Viki perché mi piacciono moltissimo i kdrama, qui ce ne sono veramente tanti e di varie regioni. Sto guardando Love's Ambition, l'ho adorato fin dalla prima puntata, sottotitoli in italiano ovviamente, ma una fatica seguire i discorsi, tradotti malissimo, il maschile e il femminile sono confusi, le frasi senza una linea logica, bisogna leggere più volte e interpretare quello che stanno dicendo per trovare un senso a quello che dicono. Mi offro volontaria, credetemi, lo faccio gratis, correggere e dare un filo logico ai discorsi. Però vi prego, fate qualcosa perché così è impossibile guardare una puntata senza che ti venga il mal di testa. Sono qui... pensateci. Grazie

I would love that you would do Strong woman part 2. Make it were the bad escape and the 2 daughters are grown something like that or make another show that it has everything suspense, murder, romance and comedy like strong woman Do Bong Soon

I love viki’s wide library and community feel. I would only have Viki for all content Chinese and Korean, the only pity is that the resolution with subscription is still lower than IQIY or WeTV , so if there is a show that emphasises beautiful costumes and scenes, I’ll go to a different platform.

ON BOTH PLATFORMS I HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS STREAMING SERVICE. IT FORGETS WHAT EPISODE I'M WATCHING! IT FORGETS WHAT'S ON MY WATCHLIST! FIRE TV IS ACTUALLY WORSE BECAUSE THE SCREEN LOCKS UP AFTER ALLOWING YOU TO WATCH A SERIES OR WHENEVER YOU GO BACK TO THE MAIN SCREEN THE SCREEN WILL NOW BE LOCKED AND YOU HAVE TO TURN THE DEVICE OFF AND BACK ON TO GET THE SCREEN UNLOCKED. ONLY VIKI IS DOING THIS! I'VE SENT MULTIPLE TICKETS IN TO NO AVAIL. APPARENTLY THEY DON'T HAVE ANYONE WORKING ANYWHERE ANSWERING PROBLEMS FOR THIS STREAMING SERVICE. Adoro le fiabe tradizionali,la filosofia orientale, i film storici. Per fortuna nelle traduzioni vi sono spiegazioni sui proverbi perché sono interessanti. Mi rendo conto che i sottotitoli in italiano non siano semplici comunque riesco a seguire anche in inglese. I volontari fanno un ottimo lavoro. Le Trame dei polizieschi e i thriller sono molto intelligenti. 4 stelle perché vorrei qualche anime in più.

Have had this subscription for a little over 2 months, loved it at first. Great captions, so many options but started feeling like some of the series were missing parts, I pay for the series to be uncut. Just wasted a whole weekend on Advance Bravely to find out at the end Viki had shredded so many parts I went to youtube and found a more complete version for FREE Viki. Iqiyi, I'm heading your way

I wanted to try the "7 days free trial" and they charged me the money immediately!!! (There was NOT free period). At least I did not select one year of subscription.

Agree it is a take the money and run. First loved it than got bored with repeat series so tryed to cancel it o boy not easy. On my computer never possible only via my mobile able to do so. Because you could scroll down on the pc to say cancel. So forget the forged stars you see it's like Temu big sprach and nothing behind final word avoid it and I mean it the rip you off

Ich habe das 7tägige Probeabo erst einmal gewählt um mir diesen Dienst anzuschauen. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht !!! Die Werbung nervt total weil es 3 oder 4 x hintereinander die selbe Werbung ist. Ich konnte eine Folge einer Serie ganze 10 Minuten schauen dann kam Werbung in Endlosschleife. Wenn man eine Folge anhält, wird sie danach wieder von vorne abgespielt. Die Folgen werden nicht nacheinander abgespielt. Bei jedem einzelnen Folge muss man die Untertitel wieder eingeben. Alles eine einzige Katastrophe !!!

Allow me to express my disappointment with this so-called Viki, I subscribed for a month only to lock 6 episodes of the series I am watching. This is absurd. I am not happy; I would rather unsubscribe because what kind of nonsense is this

Ultimamente I sottotitoli in italiano sono carenti, alcuni drama non vengono per niente tradotti oppure la traduzione si interrompe a metà serie. Capisco che i sottotitoli siano opera di volontari ma nella iscrizione questo problema non è stato adeguatamente sottolineato

Anche se sono mediamente soddisfatta, per tutte le serie viste e anche vero che un 40%delle serie non si possono vedere per restrizioni geografica ecc. Anche se loro subito mettono le mani davanti dicendo che l'abbonamento non ti fa vedere le serie, e anche vero che quando fai una ricerca esce che la puoi vedere e poi ti trovi che non è vero.mah.
