After making a ticket about the incompatibility of viki with chromcast from both my laptop and phone, I had expressed that I would cancel and did. However, 6 months later I was charged for an annual subscription. I created another ticket and just as before they could not resolve the issue. Although, I could not follow up with details of the incompatibility due to personal issues, I had clearly stated my intent. Complete disregard for me and my experience

My first time using Viki and I'm trying to watch Guardian The Lonely God and it keeps popping up a unavoidable ad that doesn't end! It wants me to install something I don't want to install. Something about internet speed. I get 20 minutes in the show, I'm enjoying it, enjoying my chips, then this ad pops up! Please fix this. Those chips are forever gone :'o

I was nervous about trying this website after reading the reviews but decided to give it a go. As I was desperate to watch Goblin!!! I managed to watch two episodes for free then signed up for the seven day free trial and binged watched the rest of the episodes. Well worth it and the K Drama was absolutely brilliant! Picture quality was very good.
Only complaint was the English translation which was bad in places. Talking about something under the fridge which should have been IN and calling a character Sam Shin when it was Kim Shin. Also there was a couple of special episodes at the end of Goblin and the subtitles didn't start from the beginning so had no idea what was being said! I have cancelled my free trial with no problems as I only signed up for the one show. Well worth watching.

Très gros catalogue. Les séries chinoises sont pas mal sur viki. Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait des séries chinoise de cette qualité. J'ai hésité à prendre un abonnement à cause des critiques mais je l'ai fait. Un abonnement payant est pas cher pour le contenu proposé. Les traductions sont corrects avec parfois quelques fautes mais ça reste satisfaisant. Bref content de m'être décidé. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ceux qui aiment les séries Orientales.

You guys gotta work on the ads, video quality and the dramas you have! It is simply unfair to have to pay for all these things! You guys are going down the hill each year!!

No navigatable search mechanism for either titles or stars. Titles just jumbled by country and genre. If you get out of an episode good luck picking up where you left off as episodes are hidden below screen 1/2 the time. Really frustrating to use. Keeps.saying something went wrong , try later. Really awful content. Unfortunately many of the shows I want to watch are no longer on other streaming services.

Personnellement, je suis très satisfaite de VIKI... J'y trouve tout ce que j'aime en matière de films, dramas et comédies car il y a énormément de choix pour tous les pays que j'aime. Je n'aime que ce qui est asiatique et pour le prix, finalement, pas excessif, je me régale...

Salve sono abbonata a Viki da pochi mesi nei quali ho segnalato più volte che l’app a differenza di altre di disconnette spesso. Oltre a questo si aggiunge la traduzione che molto spesso inizi a vedere e a metà non è più tradotta .. in questo caso in Italiano!… detto questo spero che il tim si impegni molto di più visto che il costo dell’abbonamento super quello di Amazon prime e di Disney..

Da qualche anno sono abbonata a Viki e sono abbastanza soddisfatta. I sottotitoli sono curati e talvolta vengono anche spiegati certi giochi di parole o certi dettagli che, non appartengono alla cultura occidentale.
Ultimamente, però, ho notato con disappunto che, alcune serie, non vengono tradotte in un tempo adeguato. Pur sapendo che sono tutti volontari, mi chiedo se non sarebbe più onesto farli tradurre da un team di professionisti ed aumentare leggermente l'abbonamento.

Personnellement, je suis très contente de viki,aucune pub ,ce que je trouve dommage par contre c'est qu'il y a beaucoup de série qui ne sont pas disponibles en France. Mais malgré sa je l'ai recommandé à ma famille et amis. Je valide le site à 98%

Il tempo di attesa per i sottotitoli e troppo lunga.
Dopo anni molte serie sono a metà traduzione e/ o solo in inglese mentre nelle indicazioni c'è scritto anche sottotitoli in italiano. È scorretto soprattutto per chi come me paga abbonamento.
Quando una serie non è presente nella mia regione chiedete di fare richiesta ma le domande sono tutte in inglese e io parlo solo italiano, per cui non posso riempire la scheda con la richiesta e se chiedo aiuto lo da in inglese e allora a che mi serve se sono italiana e parlo solo italiano? Dovreste mettere l'opzione scegli lingua per fare richiesta compilazione modulo.

Mi piace perché vedo serie complete sono più che soddisfatta.

So I decided to cancel Netflix etc as the price keeps rising and the content is getting worse. As a 1 device user having to pay £10.99 it's ridiculous. Along comes Rakuten Viki with it's 7 day free trial and the £4.99 a month or £49.99 annual subscription. That is a company who has nailed the pricing and knows what customers want. I fully appreciate Asian drama is not everyone's choice however most will find the filming, story and actors are 100% better than so called A listers in USA/U.K. I really hope you keep the pricing as it is and really you should promote this more. Well done and will be a new long time subscriber.

Troppo bello ler essere vero . App che funziona male con vari problemi , inizi a guardare una serie e al episodio dieci non piu subtritato . Poca spesa e poca qualità non parliamo del servizio clienti , rispondo solo in inglese e la risposta e , app non funziona guarda su pc.

Ich bin ein Fan von Asiatischen Filmen und Serien, bin zufrieden mit der Auswahl. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss , die Subs dauern zu lange und das ärgert mich teilweise sehr.
