Do not use this company

I wanted to return an item but either had to send back to China at a cost to me and the risk that it would not arrive or take a partial refund by way of a store credit. I took the store credit and ordered another blouse. It has never arrived and there is not a way to get in touch. I have tried using the number on their website, it hangs up after two rings, I have emailed and the email gets returned as undeliverable and the same with their contact message on their website. Please do not risk ordering with this company.
09/03/26 UPDATE: Since leaving this review, someone from Vilamora contacted me and I was able to reply to the email. Two days later, I did receive what I had ordered.

Avoid – Total Scam

This is a complete scam. The website looks legitimate, but it’s actually based in China and that is not made clear at the point of purchase. The item that arrived was advertised as merino wool – it is absolutely not. It’s cheap polyester and nothing like the description or photos.

To make matters worse, if you want to return it, you’re required to ship it back to China at your own cost, which is expensive and clearly designed to put people off returning items.

The quality is dreadful, the product is misrepresented, and the returns process is completely unreasonable. You are asked to email to get the details for the returns but the email just bounces.

Do not fall for this. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t bother

As others say: Poor quality, cheap looking item that doesn’t fit well. Unable to return easily as has to go back to China at your own cost, so will probably just give it to charity as too much hassle 🥲

I don’t even want to give 1 star

I don’t even want to give 1 star, oh they where very helpful when I was chasing up my order, but when arrived goods where not as described and if very poor quality material, I followed all procedures to return my goods but the last part when I had to e-mail my return reference to complete return, the e-mail to customer services keeps bouncing back, on tracking my return through the post office it’s been stuck at customs in china for over a month, £100 wasted doubt I will get my money back

Poor Quality, Delivery from China, Bad Refund policy

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM SITE!! I ordered a jumper from this website which failed to live up to its picture or description and is utterly disappointing considering I paid £54.99 for it. I’m afraid like many other reviewers I have been completely duped by the website which indicates a UK based operative with Royal Mail cited as their delivery service. This company is in fact based in China and delivery takes 6-9 days. Well done for checking TrustPilot because I didn’t and I’m kicking myself. Their returns policy is shocking too. If I could I would have given them 0 stars but it’s not possible. If you’re looking for an item online go to a tried and tested brand, not this fake website!

Avoid this website – extremely unprofessional.
Returning an item has been a nightmare. After sending the item back, the company stopped responding entirely. No replies, no support, and no way to get in touch.
Blocking or ignoring customers after a return is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about this business’s integrity. I regret ordering from here and would not recommend this website to anyone.

Misleading Product & Poor Support


I purchased a pair of boots from Vilamora that were advertised as leather in the product title and main description. Upon arrival, the boots were clearly not leather, but a man-made plastic (“faux leather”). This is a clear misrepresentation of the product.

I contacted Vilamora support multiple times. Their initial responses offered partial refunds if I kept the boots, which I declined, and recent emails to their official support address have bounced back entirely. I was also instructed to return the boots, but the company only accepts returns to a supplier in China — I am now returning them to the UK trading company (Elevate Global Enterprises LTD) as the legal entity responsible.

Due to the misleading description, I have been inconvenienced, left out of pocket for return costs, and have had to notify Trading Standards (Case Number: CCA‑5312698) and dispute the payment with my bank.

I would not recommend Vilamora. The product description is misleading, and their customer service and support systems are unresponsive, leaving customers to resolve issues through formal complaints and legal channels.

I ordered a coat at the time of ordering it don't recall it being mentioned it was coming from China. I thought i might have problems with it so I paid with my credit card. I cant email them. The server doesn't recognise the email address through their support. I tried to phone them and got no answer. I have now gone to my credit card company

Do not use this site - definitely a scam

Do not use this site. Ordered a short coat. Website stated UK company delivery 3-5 days. When delivery notification received it was forecast at least 2 weeks so I knew I’d been hoodwinked and likely Chinese. Item arrived eventually and completely different garment to the picture, material was like that of a shoe or bag cover - disgraceful quality. Email customer support is returned undelivered. Do not use this site.
