Like most of the reviews, l would not give this company any stars.
Ordered a Jacket when it came, it had a hole in it. Emailed 'Customer Service', who initially replied offering 75% discount. When I then tried sending further emails, they all bounced back saying 'undeliverable'.

This is a company is in China. Please do not use this company and if you do, don't expect anything good to come from it.

Do not use this site, very difficult in send back your items. They don’t reply to your emails, they get sent back saying not able to deliver your email.

I can only concur with everyone else. When the item eventually turned up, it bore no resemblance to the advertised item - would barely fit a small child, mismatched arms at different heights, gossamer thin acrylic material. Just a total bag of nails.

I wish that I had done a Streetview of the Dutch gentleman's "UK Office" prior to my wife ordering this. (Spoiler: It's a room above a permanently closed convenience store)

Really just confirming all the reviews on here - no mention of china - London office which obviously is a scam. Only realised it was coming from china when I tracked the delivery- do not order anything from this company - shirt was awful quality - going straight in the charity bag as you have to return to china to get a refund. They have offered a 75% discount on my next order! Hahahahahahaha no chance !

Just stay away from these people. Cheap nasty nothing like picture. Another scam from a Chinese website that appears as a UK one. No response from customer service so I'm going to report to fraud Uk and trading standards.

Legal Scam company avoid at all costs

Ordered a coat had know idea it was from china or i would never have ordered it quality is terrible size is small returns are not easy so took a credit but it only lasts for 30 days

I chose 1 star rating but it should be zero, as no option for zero star. Ordered pair of boots and noticed 2 pairs ordered, which was not my error. Was unable to contact them to change the order. The boots which I received were 3 sizes smaller than I ordered and the material was substandard and looked cheap. They can't fit me and they look too bad to sell to someone else. Ive been calling vilamora on the mobile number on their website. I won't even send an email. I'm reporting them to Trading Standard. This business needs to be investigated as they have a uk Registration. They are obviously cheap China stuff parading behind glossy pictures of goods which look to be of high quality. Clearly a scam business. I should have checked their reviews first. Sadly, I usually do, but didn't check with this business. I'm very angry!

Excellent picture on website. Well fitting and tailored. Reality is more like a sack, poor quality and not even worth a donation to charity. Please, DO NOT trust this company.

As with others , I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering two pairs of Capri pants. They are not the ones advertised on their site, not linen and certainly not wearable. In fact I won’t even be taking them to a charity shop as the quality is so poor. I’m gutted because they cost over £50 for the two and I could have got the same ones from Temu if I had wanted cheap Chinese clothing. Beware of this scamming company.

Poor quality item, nothing like the description or appearance on the website, plus it's the wrong size - extremely small for a mens' L. Return involves paying postage to China!!! Gutted. Ripped off completely.

Website was easy to navigate. Nice selection of garments. Very speedy service. Just waiting now to see if delivery courier matches the standards of Vilamora.

Like others if I could give no stars I would. I ordered underwear, meant to be a pack of 5 but just one knickers that would be too small for a young child even. A lesson to always check site is genuine. Paid £24 for these non existent items. Have emailed them and got a generic reply. It appears to be UK based but that's just a scam. It's China based. Will be reporting this site to Trading Standards as should everyone else affected.

from the moment i went online and ordered wich went through like a summer breeze ,,then i noticed that [I ] had made a terrible error,,i ordered double the ammount i wanted /needed ,now as i am not I.T. literate whatsoever i panicked and relayed my my mistake to the support team of Vilamora,within a couple of hours they had this sorted and sent me an email to rest my fears of the trouble i had ,,they were excellent in this ,and i have to say me ordering on boxing day to making the mistake , and them sorting it out for me was less than 48hrs .I would have no hesitation in using Vilamore again ,as its good in these days we live now that you can trust a company without having to worry .....Robert Snededon.
