Do NOT use this retailer under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It does not deserve a single review star. The retailer's contact addresses are clearly used BY the retailer but it, point blank, refuses to acknowledge customers' correspondence (either by letter or by Royal Mail). No-one answers the mobile phone number given on the website.
My order, which I cancelled within the given time period, was neither cancelled nor stopped. I refused to accept the lightweight package delivered by Royal Mail. It was returned to the premises in Feltham, London. It has since been returned by their unit to me (!), so I have to take it back to Royal Mail on Monday. Vilamora is clearly "playing silly buggers" with me. I do not tolerate such behaviour.
American Express is currently dealing with my complaint, but I have warned the retailer that I now intend to take it to the County Court to claim a full refund and recompense for my wasted time, wasted postage, phone calls, and considerable inconvenience.
A scamming retailer that unashamedly offers zero 'customer service', apparently below-standard products, and is intent of robbing bona fide customers of their money. If a customer wishes to receive a refund, it seems they will have to resort to taking legal action against Vilamora. Do it - it is the only way this disreputable deserves to be held to account!

I wouldn't even give it one star ! Looks nothing like what is seen on website, poor manufacturing, flimsy and incorrect sizing.

I have ordered a lady's cowl neck shirt for work. Looks beautiful on the website, so tight on my arms I can't get it on. Men's bomber jacket, fleeced, it's like a rag, think and flimsy, and a polo shirt. It was supposed to be XXXL and looks more like S.

I have tried to return and they have told me that I need to take a photo of all items and using a take measure send me the dimensions of each item. I have responded back to say I legally have 14 days to return an item and now they are not responding to me. Their website states 30 days hassle free returns. Absolutely nonsense. I wish I had read trust pilot reviews before buying. Lesson learned.

Shocked at what they sent me based on photo and description - not even worthy of 1 star. A stylish looking cotton and linen blend dress is what I ordered, a polycotton monstrosity resembling a cheap nightie is what I was sent. Have created a return request for which I have had an acknowledgement but still awaiting a “proper” response. I’ll see what happens and report back. Based on this experience I would not recommend this site.

Scammers - clever, in that they actually responded to my messages on their support page but it was all rubbish. Have now spoken with Amex to start the refund process

I highly recommend vilamora 110% I had a little issue with ordering and they sorted within hours i thank you . . havnt received the the product yet as only ordered a few hours ago. but responses can't fault

I found it easy to find and order my item but I was rather disappointed in the time it’s going to take to arrive.

I have reviewed as shocking...I have also attempted to receive a refund. Attempted to email and on sending just 'threw me out' if this makes sense. this is theft! a blatant disrespect to any consumer. I will be reporting further as not the only one and the money they must be accumulating from people! absolute scammers and nothing but thieves!

Do not use this company. I have received a jacket. This website has mentioned it was luxury clothing. However for being a fleeced jacket it was paper thin. No easy returns process and I need sorting today before Christmas rush. Hopefully this company will reach out and I can update my review for them - ongoing from 15th December and now they don’t answer emails. I would like a full refund.

Beware. Scam website. Address listed as uk but returns to china. Emails are bounced back. The address is a P.O. Box used to scam people.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought a ‘cashmere’ sweater that has not got one natural fibre in it.
The site gives you the impression that it is in the UK but it’s not. Such a waste of money - do not buy anything from them. I am now trying to get a refund but no answer from their support line and the support email bounced back. Disgusting!!!

I have never ordered anything from this company before, and unfortunately, on checking my account yesterday, they have tried to take two separate payments from me, totalling £55.49. So clearly they have moved on to hacking unsuspecting victims. Please be aware. I now have to go through the whole cancelling card, new card issued etc. It's just daylight robbery.

Edit- not a scam. Never heard from support but jumper arrived and is as described. Very soft.

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered a black trouser suit!!! Cheap and nasty, opened package and put straight in charity bag. No point in returning as no-one gets back to you. Stay away from this site. I checked out Vila Mora UK. It is not UK taken weeks to get here from obviously CHINA.

Ordered then try to contact them and emails bounced back, realised they must be scammers after looking on here! Will now need to go to credit card and trading standards! THIS IS A CHINESE COMPANY Pretending to be in UK! Clearly using Fake photos to sell poor imitation goods!!!!

Horrific. Order never received. I canmot contact them in any way. £25 down the drain! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a blouse and a jacket stupidly without reading the reviews on here first.
They are nothing like the advertised products on the Vila Mora website !
The shape, material, colour and sizing is attrocias.
I have emailed the support address but it doesn't exist.
They do not reply to phone messages.
No 2 Fredrick Street in London ( their advertised London office ) shows a boarded up derilict small building.
They should not be allowed to legaly advertise in the UK as they are obviously scamming the public.
I used a credit card so hopefully I can get reimbursed by my provider.
Please dont buy from these horrible people!

I placed an order, paid for it then realised it would come too late for my holiday. I tried to cancel it as their policy says within the hour but the Customer Service email was returned therefore I assume this is a scam. Why didn't I contact Trust pilot first 😠

If I could leave zero stars I would.
The items are certainly not cashmere or silk, never seen such bad quality. Emails to make a return are bounced and no contact detail in the package.
Do not risk, I’ve basically LOST over £100. Devastated.
