Ordered 2 sweaters of the website advertised as wool or wool blend. When they arrived the label said 100% polyester. Poor quality manufacturing. Any attempts to contact the company have failed. Emails bounce and mobile number ( yes, I know 😒) doesn't connect. Scam company. Reported to trading standards. Avoid. And research thoroughly any company advertising on the internet. Avoid impulse buying 😆😢

Paid for items not received. No answer to emails or phone. SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER!! I will have to go through credit card company to get money back. Website should be shut down

Terrible customer service, and you cannot return an item. Website refers to emailing customer service to obtain returns form. Emails are not responded to, and the items always show as ‘on their way’ when delivered so not return option available on website. . £35 spent on an item that much smaller than it should be and so cheap looking.AVOID, don’t waste your money

Scammers. Poor quality, tiny sizes, returns impossible as email address and phone number not answered and need to return to China. Avoid.

I have been robbed basically as the item size is completely incorrect and there is no one to talk to and no refund possible AVOID AVOID AVOID!

AVOID. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, NO RETURNS POSSIBLE. Awful experience. No customer service. As soon as I ordered one coat, another one was added without my knowledge. Their policy says that within an hour you can cancel and get your money back but there is no way to contact them! Emails bounce back and telephone is not answered.

One star is too much. The phone number and email address are useless and unusable.
I have 2 jumpers to go back for refund but can't make contact with them.

I don't leave reviews, but I feel like I have to to protect other customers.

It is NOT luxury knitwear as it claims - there are no labels in clothes and the material is acrylic/polyester (so not exactly worth an original price of £65, although I got on "sale")

I am dead certain at the other claims that the emails bounce back; I tried 3 times (copying and pasting and also manually typing) and also on different days, also from my work address.

Delivery took 3 weeks

Returns are to china - customers can see this on the website if they look at returns policy

Reviews that say the customer service responds quickly are fake.

I claimed money back from my bank as knew there was no way I was going to get a returns processed after reading the reviews while on the hunt for a working address.

Don't order from this site!!. I tried to cancel my order within half a hour customer service is uncontactable. Emails just bounce back. No answer from telephone number. Now item has arrived it looks nothing like picture quality is poor item is flimsy. Again I have tried to contact them but no luck. £37. 00 wasted. Awful company

Ages to arrive....size XL ladies fur hat. It is a child size and nothing like picture. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! Just wish I had checked them out on Trustpilot first ! You have to pay to send it back to CHINA !!!

Products are worse quality than temu but at an extortionate price. I ordered one pair of "orthopedic trainers" received and was charged for 2 pairs of plastic trainers in plastic bags. Email address given cannot be found.... avoid

Coat I ordered was awful, sizing wrong, quality poor. Customer service seemed to be interested but then blocked me!

The blouse I got from Vila Mora is really flattering, I wore it for work and got compliments. Affordable too, which makes it even better.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I returned the items and they’re telling me months ago and they’re held at customs in China and it’s my responsibility to pay the customs fees even though I know it’s their responsibility. They are refusing to do anything or give me my money back. The items were cheaply made and did not fit. Do NOT buy from these scammers.

Please be aware that the return process is not easy like it states on the website, it is not a UK business, so anything that you need to return needs to be posted to China at your own expense!!!

What an absolute scam! The products I ordered were not as depicted on the website, shocking quality, abysmal materials and workmanship but worse than that is the absolute sham they call customer service! I returned my purchase ( to China) on 4th June and still waiting for it to ‘clear customs’. Do not buy from this company!

Appalling. Ordered a pair of Lotus sandals but after seeing reviews cancelled immediately! This was refused and sandals sent anyway - from China - cheap, plastic, unbranded and unwearable. Clearly fraudulent selling so would not trust them to refund even if returned at my own expense.

Please please do not buy from this company it is a scam. I ordered size 4/37 trainers and received size 3/35 and they looked nothing like the pic on website. I initiated a return expecting them to pay return postage (as it states on return policy) but they offered me 70% credit. I refused as It was there fault. Still arguing over e-mail and it is now 08/09
