I'm super grateful for all of the upgrades that virtual shield has included now since I first joined them in 2020. Tom, who I've been communicating with has been extraordinarily responsive and helpful even for a non-techy person such as myself!

My renewal is coming up in 2 days but I'm a little short on what my payment would have been. So I was going to down grade for finance issue. Amanda explained about the discount and that I would be able to continue with the ultimate level. Amanda also helped me change my payment method. I'm so glad she was able to help me. I gave her 5 stars for the help and understanding, and the polite and efficient way she handled my case.

Amanda is one savvy VirtualShield support. I initially contacted them to confirm an issue I had experienced a few days earlier. All was well, so Amanda offered to improve my service by lowering my cost and offering a lifetime guarantee that the lower cost would not rise. I have been pleased with their services for many years. I would recommend them anytime, anywhere. These people know their stuff, and a fantastic support team!

If I ever have questions, I know I can write in my concerns and I'll get help. It's never been an issue! Those at the other end are always courteous and helpful.

A very nice gentleman named Thomas O had helped me with my query. I was going to cancel my subscription when Thomas had offered me a better deal. I decided to take up the special offer. On my previous subscription I had paid an certain amount of monies. Thomas had recommended that I go on my new subscription and he'll refund me the difference for which I am most grateful for.

Amanda was really good on walking me through the steps. She gave me really good product suggestions. Which I took advantage of them with a purchase. She was very nice. She did a great job.

I had a problem with VirtualShield loading on one of my computers. I emailed and received a reply with instructions about how to fix the problem. It worked and I emailed back. They kept in contact to ensure that the fix was really working. I was pleased with the quick response and the follow-up. Great job!

VirtualShield tricked my elderly mother-in-law into paying $132 for a subscription to a service she doesn’t need. She’s not tech-savvy, doesn’t have a computer, and she’s easily confused so she is a perfect target for scammers. We had to open a fraud case and get the bank to reverse the charge and send her a new debit card. This is not the first time (and I’m sure it won’t be the last) that a company preying on the elderly succeeds when they find her.

I had a quick response from the virtual assistant Pearl. My connection issue was resolved in a matter of minutes.

My tech support contact (Tom) was super responsive in trying to help with my issue and even followed up to ensure I was all set. I first did a chat and then the person with whom I was chatting forwarded my issue to my tech support contact and he was great! The follow up was over multiple days. Definite 5 star experience!
