I have used Virtual Shield for several years, primarily for internet browsing privacy. Recently had an issue. I had disconnected my computer, printer, etc from outlets for a week long vacation. Upon return and hook up the computer had stopped communicating with my wireless printer. I figured out the enabled VPN was the issue. Virtual Shield support chat quickly put in a ticket for me and Tom promptly replied via email with the steps to restore communication between devices.
I have also upgraded to Virtual Shield Security. Previously I had used WebRoot which was not compatible with Virtual Shield. It's also a better deal using just one company for security needs.

Fernando answered quick efficient and prompt manner, he solve my problems in the right manner.
Happy to use Virtual Shield.

My login page would not come up so I made a visit to the Virtual Shield website. I wrote up a "ticket" for help which was very easy (i"m 84 and not a geek) and received an email in reply right away. The solution was given and I followed the instructions and it worrked immedietly. I was impressed with the quick response and the solution that worked. Thank you!

Customer support is a joke they would rather argue with you than do their job very unprofessional.

I called t cancel my plan. I had just bought within the hour. I wrote in to chat and spoke to Fernando the service rep.
After explaining the benefits, and as I was doing searches on line. I ending up seeing the value and kept my purchases. One year subscription.

Pearl was very helpful and very willing to help. My payment was blocked by the bank and she reran the payment successfully. There was an issue logging in as I had an older email account and I needed the account updated with the new address. Pearl corrected this as well in a very timely manner.

Recently, my macOS was upgraded to Sequoia. I didn't realise it would affect my VPN. For some reason, it wasn't connecting with the upgrade. With the encrypted service being down, I was very concerned that our IP address would be exposed [to hackers]. Two years ago, my favourite online news programme promoted VS's website. I was curious, took advantage of the free trial and, was NOT disappointed.

Since we live in the mountains, wacky weather patterns sometimes affect our service and/or the internet goes out. After a brief online chat, Amanda was very helpful and referred me to Tom (whom I dealt with before). We are very satisfied with VirtualShield, their technical support is the best, they're very professional and caring. Price points for their plans are quite reasonable. I highly recommend. ~

I have been using VirtualShield for 2 years now. Great company. Costumer service was awesome today. I had some issues with my computer and Sonia helped, texting me back and forth until the problem was completely resolved. She was very friendly and super professional.

I was initially frustrated with VirturalShield, as I am out of the United States, but their A+ customer support stayed with me until every single one of my issues was resolved and now the product works seamlessly.

I've been using VS VPN since 2020 and I absolutely love it. I recently had a issue regarding connecting to certain countries and my answers were quickly and professionally answered by Tom. It's refreshing that VS uses highly skilled workers and boy do they know their stuff! Tom was like talking to an engineer, not a typical level one or two help-desk type. His knowledge of the VS products was unmatched. I had a legacy version of VS so I upgraded and Tom was able to give me a life-long 70% discount since I was a long term customer. It's really unique to find a tech company with any customer support worth a darn, it's exceptional to find one running like Virtual Shield where they actually care and are quite responsive! I received an email purporting to be from Aol this morning, saying my account would be terminated if I didn't secure it. It was obviously fake, but I clicked on the link to see what they were after, and after a couple of automatic forwardings it resolved to the Virtualshield website.

Needless to say I won't be signing up, they're not really the type of people I wish to give me personal data or PC access.
