Easy, professional, straight forward

I would recommend anybody to go to vista in Liverpool for a very professional quick and thorough service! I booked in for a MRI scan online as I was really struggling with my knee and the NHS waiting list was over 4 weeks and I could not bare the pain and wanted to know what was wrong with me. Booked it on Tuesday for the next day (Wednesday) at 8:30am and by Friday had all my results a full written explanation and images of what was going on. A torn meniscus was causing me all the pain!

The appointment system was easy and efficiently handled. Staff at the clinic were professional and welcoming, providing reassurance and advice. Scan results were processed quickly and resulted in contact call from their ‘in house’ doctor. Overall an excellent service.

Very easy to book, everything explained before the MRI and quick results , which in all honesty probably saved my mobility for the future.
I'd give 6 stars if I could. All staff were helpful from booking in to the after care

Staff were very welcoming and professional from all aspects of the experience. When enquiring about the scan everything was explained calmly, clearly and without pressure. On arrival dealt with quickly and calmly. The results were issued within 3 days . Overall a very pleasant experience

Very efficient process. Easy to access, book and attend. Good value compared to other private providers.

The process of having MRI required to reassure re my health was efficient and quick. It was also cost effective.
However, I had to go through a protracted triage to get the appointment. This is not consistent with your claim that appointments can be made directly by patients. I also had to get my GP letter which is not made clear.
If I am paying for the service why should our reports go to gp. It should be up to the patient to share with a gp or a specialist directly
I had two scans of cervical and thoracic spine, but they were reported by two different specialists.
I am a Gp myself and feel you should consider some of these finer points.
Notwithstanding the above comments, it was a good experience abd service that I would recommend

I had an MRI hip after months of pain, unfortunately I am still on an NHS waiting list for musculoskeletal services. After a particularly bad day I booked an MRI with Vista Health Liverpool. I was looked after by kind professional staff. I felt very safe. I am a little claustrophobic so they changed the way I entered the scanner and I went in feet first. I had a diagnosis in 3 days. If you can afford to pay I would highly recommend.

Vista Health are just the best , from start to finish the staff were very helpful and professional. Whilst I was in MRI having my brain / and full spine they kept telling me how much longer it would take and asking if I was ok , very impressed with there service and would highly recommend Vista Health in Liverpool , I phoned up on the Thursday and had my MRI on the the following morning .
