Customer service with this company is laughable !
Received a package today ,10th Jan, damaged with the liquid contents soaking the cardboard packaging , not water because you could smell the fragrance of the contents . Contacted Vitapoint who asked for photos ok no problem . Their reply needed more photos ,no problem .
They profess to offer top customer service , no they do not !
Their offer ……..25% refund of an item that only cost just over £7 ,not a replacement , be warned .

Deceiving
I ordered from online because you said it is talc which is not true. It is cornstarch which I can get at lower price from many stores around me and would not also pay for postage.D
I'm very disappointed and would not buy anything from you again

Good value and great customer service
I thing a good judge of a company is how they deal with things that go wrong. My parcel arrived damaged and customer services were really helpful and asked whether I wanted partial refund or replacement. I was happy with PayPal refund as the goods could still be used.
I have since used then a second time and goes were packaged better and arrived in a timely way. I am about to make my third order. Overall really good value and great customer service.
