Wrong product was shipped. 5 phone calls all dropped after 15 minutes on hold. Needed to send 10 emails asking for a response. Over a week and still no word on my order being shipped. Basically very happy when things go right but NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT when things go wrong. Just ghosting

Delivered to some random address that doesnt even exist, NOT the address I delicately entered into their website. I dont even know how to get a refund so they essentially ripped me off for 112$. Would recommend you dont waste your time here and buy from somewhere else.

I have been ordering from Vitasave for many years; they have the best prices and selection. Also their response to emails and quick shipping is very much appreciated.

Vitasave personnel are always responsive to questions that I might have. prices are good and delivery is prompt. Any fragile items are always well packed. Great business to deal with.

I order over a $100.00 every month. It seems the last few orders have been held up because one or more items were not available. Is this the result of not maintaining an updated inventory on your website? It's super annoying to place an order and then have to wait an extra amount of time for items I need. If I knew right from the start that it's not in stock I wouldn't add it to my cart.

Lost my order and they stopped sending emails and responding to my communications. I have to now open a paypal case to retrieve my funds and they are still fighting for me not to get my money back. INSANE!

Always great products and all Canadian. Service good and delivery great. Only downside is their phone lines. I'm told they are working on this. We need to be able to reach them if we don't get a response by email. I'm a long time customer and will keep supporting them.

I advise all not to order from this company, they used my credit card and starting shipping things to me I never ordered.
I emailed many times and yet no one from the company took the time to respond back.
I called thier company number and all you get is a busy signal all the time.
I have asked for my refund 15 times with email and yet to this day nothing.
Don't.use or buy from them trust me .

I placed an order July 7. I have never received my order nor a tracking number. I talked to someone on the phone July 19 and she apologized and said she would resend my order and a tracking email. I have received neither of those. I have tried to call several times waiting on hold for a long time.
I’ve never been able to get through. I sent an email. I’ve not heard anything.
I’ve paid for the product but have not received it.

Quick turnaround, decent price, and effective product for my needs

My order was placed on June 26 and still has not been fulfilled. Every call attempt lasts 15 minutes before I am prompted to “call back.” My email has still not been returned.
I was already charged for my package that has not even been sent. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR IF IT IS UNATTAINABLE.

Great selection of high quality vitamins. Please continue to offer them with competitive prices as well! The delivery times are honoured.

It is difficult to get someone on their Customer Service line, email works much faster and I generally get effective resolution to any issues I have while ordering!

I always got great prices & fast delivery. The last order I put in never arrived after a week. I tried to call but got no where. I finally got thru the next day. The support staff said she would get my order out the same day. This is the 2nd times this year this has happened. Very disappointed.

I've read a couple of the bad reviews and do agree with them. It happens. I've had a couple of problems in the past but overall over the many years of dealing with Vitasave, their customer service has been excellent. I also have to comment that since this whole Covid thing customer service has declined with many companies and perhaps that's because of staff shortages but that's a conversation on its own. I do agree though that the $125 minimum for free shipping is too high. Used to be $99 and because of that I too buy products somewhere else when I need them.

I am changing from 1 star to 2 because I did eventually get my product. You did inventory for 2 days yet my package took 11 days to fill and ship? This doesn't explain why you never responded to any of my emails inquiring about my order or why I cannot get through on the telephone. I think you need to hire some more people. You have a lot of competition out there.

I put in an order 10 days ago. It still hasn't shipped. I emailed. No reply. I called and actually got through to someone. She said it would be shipped out that day. It wasn't. That was 5 days ago. I have emailed again to no reply. I have called multiple times since and just left on hold for eternity. I live local and have always had great service up until now. Usually get my order within 2 days. Order no. 2273540

I had ordered two (2) Duo Packs of Salus Calcium Magnesium in liquid form and instead received two 500 ml Salus Calcium Magnesium.

Vitasave has the best service ! Their associates are extremely efficient, friendly and a real pleasure to deal with ! They have great products and fast shipping. Thank you Vitasave for being so nice and so great !!
