The customer service is very good and reliable.
Delivery is very fast.
Minimum for free shipment is too high with 125$ and forces me to buy some products somewhere else.
Complicated online ordering when it comes to taking advantage of offers, apparently no combination. Kept me away from ordering at all.

Made my purchase 10 days ago and still no answer yet . Always saying order confirmed and nothing else . So disappointed. They were saying it will take max 5 days . Nothing true

J’ai commandé 4 produits différents, pour trois d’entre-eux tout était correct, mais la bouteille de Natural Factor Compmexe B active était VIDE aucun comprimé dans la bouteille qui était quand même scellée.

This is the best supplement store / chain I have ever seen or been to in nearly half a century of using health food products, natural medicines and supplements. They also have the best prices and selection. The points system is also brilliant. So happy to shop there.

Even tho they forgot to send my salt the first order, I called them and it was delivered the very next day … Fabulous customer service and great products . Thank U Vitasave 😎✌🏼♥️

I called several times, during a few days, and nothing, they ask you to hold, and nothing, after more than 15 minutes, they ask you to call back.

It never came. I contacted them and never heard back. I’ve used Vitasave in the past and deliver has been in days. It’s been weeks now. Nothing. Truly disappointed, like everything these days—excuses or blame the customer.

I had a bad experience with customer service. It took 3 days to finally get a response after leaving an email, calling and leaving a bad review here. But once they did respond, they immediately fixed the situation.
I had received the wrong package and none of the items i had ordered. They sent me my correct order (priority mail) and i received it a couple days later. I still had to go out of my way to print a label and return the wrong package that was sent to me. Would have given 5 stars if customer service had picked up or replied the first day and/or if i had been compensated for my troubles.
Such as a discount on my future purchase. They did throw in a few bags of herbal teas and mini bottle of disinfectant in my order though 🤷‍♀️

Great selection of products, amazing customer service. Happy to be shopping with a Canadian Company who delivers a large range of superior items. Easy to search for what I’m looking for and love that promotions are always available. Shipping is fast and convenient. I’m definitely a happy Vitasave customer!!

Vitasave is the number one Company to order your health food supplements from…have not come across another company that provides good customer service..and good value for the price you are paying.…I recently placed an order..and did forget to order an item…emailed customer service…and was promptly taken care of by Ian…excellent customer service…I am a lifelong customer…

The wait for delivery is short and I appreciate being able to track the progress.

Vitasave is a Canadian Company. There is excellent service, fast shipping, fair pricing, free shipping for me with all my big orders;). I enjoy getting my health supplements through their website because it is easy to use, well-maintained, and filled with features that make your life easier—like the search function works better that most websites, for example. Overall, I have lots of great things to say and nothing negative so far. I definitely recommend Vitasave!

Great products and range of options available

Vitasave had exactly the products I wanted at a good price with discounts and free shipping they're great. Also the package arrived sooner then the estimated time. Being in Canada is also a benefit. I trust they deliver what they promise.
