After taking a look into your order, it seems it is currently delayed in transit, which can occasionally happen as the parcel needs to pass through customs to get to your delivery location. Thank you kindly for taking the time to leave us this very insightful feedback. After taking a look into this order, it seems the item you had ordered was a little bit delayed in our warehouse, which in turn delayed your orders shipment. Typically when an item is out of stock, customers are notified within the first 1-2 business days and offered an alternative product should they wish to swap the item. Our warehouse team had recently undergone some changes which had resulted in temporary fewer staff, which is why there was some delay in the notification of the out of stock item on your order. We are very happy to say our warehouse team is back to it’s usual 1-2 business day notification timeframe, and thank you kindly for your patience and support during these busy times. 

We are also happy to see your order was marked delivered on August 11th to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox.

Typically we offer free Canada wide shipping on all orders over $99, however if you let us know via email the item you were wanting to order (once it's back in stock) we would be happy to take a look and see what can be done for you.

After taking a look into your order, we can see the order was shipped just 2 days after you had placed it, and has been in transit with Canada Post since then. As this is definitely a much longer shipping time than usual, we've gone ahead and filed a missing parcel claim with them, and asked our warehouse team to have your order reshipped right away with some nice samples and goodies included! Hello Carley!

Thanks so much for leaving us this very insightful feedback. After taking a look into the order, It seems the delay likely occurred due to the Canada day long weekend. The order was shipped on July 6th, which is 3 business days after the long weekend (we have a 1-3 business day processing time). It then spent a normal amount of time in transit (5 business days) before being delivered on the 13th. Typically without a weekend or holiday in the middle, orders arrive much faster! Usually in less than a week! We thank you kindly for your patience and support, we really appreciate it.
