Although there was an initial misunderstanding leading to a negative review, vitasave has been proactive in fixing the problem even before I complained. Overall I am now back to being happy with vitasave.

At a recent doctor’s visit I was informed that I had extremely high blood pressure and I needed to get it under control. I was feeling anxious about this news but decided I wanted to try a natural remedy to deal with it rather than a prescription drug, so I popped to the VitaSave on my way home.
Thomas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products he suggested for me. He asked questions about my health to get a good sense of the right type of supplements that he felt would work best for my situation and gave me a couple of options for each health issue we covered. I felt confident that the products I purchased will help me get to the positive outcome I’m looking for.
I would recommend popping into the North Van location and chatting to Thomas if you need help determining what supplements will work best for you.
PS. The smoothies are the best.

Vitasave has always been great! I've been ordering from them for years and happily recommend them to literally everyone.
Products come on time (or early), items are always packed appropriately (I've never had anything arrive damaged), prices are very competitive, and the range of products all in one spot can't be beat. I also just started using their Subscription service for repeat orders - so much better than scrambling to order an item last minute when I realize I've run out.
I've only had to deal with customer service once or twice and they were very quick to respond, extrememly helpful and actually pleasant!!

The majority of the time I bought my products online about once a month because I was always eligible for the free shipping but it was great to be able to walk into their North Vancouver store and buy something I needed. Since moving out of the area I can only buy online now and my products arrive in a few days which is awesome. Vitasave continues to provide great customer support, great value, good sales on select products and I got a free bottle of an excellent brand of vitamins/minerals recently which I greatly appreciated. I hope that once in a while they'll offer free shipping again for less than a $100 order which they've done in the past. Keep up the great work Vitasave!!
