Shipping is fast, online ordering easy and products so far have been great as are price points.

I ordered RespirActin back in March and when I opened it last week it was bad/sour/fermented & tasted awful. I emailed the Company and they will ship me out a new one. So no hassle - which is good. So I'm just waiting for my new one to come in.

We ordered the herbs we needed to make Swedish Bitters from Flora. The prices were reasonable and the shipping was super quick! We'll be looking to order more of our natural supplements from you as we need them.

Vitasave have great products at unbeatable prices. There delivery is fast and should you have any questions or problems customer service is excellent. I have used Vitasave for a considerable amount of time now, and would highly recommend them.

I can always count on their products for quality and price. Shipping is quick ( less than a week) and if I go into the store the people who work there are very knowledgeable. If something doesn't work for me - I can return it - THAT is great.

I ordered Hylands Calms Forte and was notified the next day that it was not available. Vitasave suggested that I try an alternate product. I ordered Boiron Passiflora and, again, was notified the next day that it was not available. Both products are still listed in the shop. There appears to be no inventory control or web site updating. It was a complete waste of my time ordering items that were not available..

Prices are competitive, great selection. Delivery was prompt and the products are exactly as ordered.

Always great prompt service. I will say I did prefer the old v.i.p system and my preference at least would be a lower cost to spend to get free shipping. I would definitely place more orders if this was the case. Don’t recall the exact date of my last shipment.

I have received my order on the 29th of March. I send my first email on the same day as requested for a return. The reason was that between my order and the receipt, I had seen my doctor who asked me not to try anything before I received the results of my tests. I have send over and over again an email to ask how to proceed for the return. I received no response, not even a notice of receipt. Great customer service!

I placed an order with Vitasave recently, as they had a favourite item of mine on for a significant discount. Checkout was easy, they shipped quick, and I received my order in the mail the very next business day. Great experience, and I will definitely order again!

Delivery was prompt and product is exactly as described. Altough I do not like the scent of it, my skin loves it. I mix 4 drops of the oil with a small pea-sized amount of moisturizer and it leaves a wonderful skilky sensation on my face and neck. I use it in the evening.
