Our shipping time to the USA is 7-10 business days. Thanks for reaching out to us. After taking a look into this order, we are able to see the email communication you had with our customer service team a couple weeks ago. It appears your parcel was returned to sender, and we had reached out to you via email to see if you would potentially like the order reshipped to you. We were not able to receive a clear response from you and upon trying to clarify some details about the address, we did not receive any further response from you in order to have the parcel reshipped. We will try contacting you again this afternoon to get these details sorted out and have the order reshipped for you right away.

Thanks so much for reaching out to us with this feedback. It can sometimes occur that items purchased online can be out of stock. This is due to many popular items restocking and selling out extremely quickly. If an item a customer purchases turns out to be out of stock with no nearby estimated arrival date, our Customer Service team reaches out to the customer to see if they would perhaps like an alternative similar item we think they may love, or if they would prefer a refund for the out of stock item. With that being said, our website development team is working around the clock to improve our inventory accuracy and ensure our stock analytics are up to date to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Hello Omni!

Thanks so much for reaching out to us. After taking a look into your order we are able to see the parcel is still in transit with Canada Post attempting to verify the address. Once the parcel is set as return to sender (which is likely due to the incorrect address) and we receive it back to our warehouse, we'll be happy to issue you a full refund for the order. We also kindly advise updating the address on your account to the correct one, to avoid any similar situations in the future.
