Really helpful and quick customer…
Really helpful and quick customer service from Lika when I had an issue with a discount code which I thought had been applied but hadn’t - I sent an email and they arranged for me a refund and organised the discount code for me for the next few orders. Five star service! ☺️

Great experience, fantastic company
I have been ordering from Vitl for years now - I have a subscription for their female multivitamin, and I order their vitamin D supplements throughout the winter months. Their prices are very reasonable, especially with a subscription, and the nutritional values are great compared to shop bought supplements.
The customer service is also brilliant - the postman delivered my last order to our recycling bin without putting a note through the door, so it got taken away with the recycling on bin day. However, Lika from Vitl was very helpful and responsive, and arranged for a replacement to be sent out promptly. Great company, would recommend.

I really enjoyed my subscription whilst…
I really enjoyed my subscription whilst it lasted and noticed the benefits however due to manufacturing issues I had no choice but to cancel. I did email and ask when the vitamins would be available but my question wasn’t answered and I was told to buy the individual vitamins. I’m really sad as I wanted to carry on my Vitl journey.

I've been using Vitl for a few years now and I'm really impressed. The vitamins feel high quality, the packaging is clean and easy to use, and the daily packets make it simple to stay consistent. I've genuinely noticed improvements in my energy and focus, and it's reassuring knowing everything is tailored to what I actually need.
Customer service has also been great-quick responses and really helpful when I had questions about my subscription. Overall, Vitl has been a brilliant upgrade to my health routine. Highly recommend.

Great vitamins!
I have been using the personalised vitamins for over a year and feel great. I am rarely ill, sleep well and my skin looks great (I’m 54). The customer service is fantastic - Lika recently responded to an enquiry I had quickly and efficiently.

A no nonsense company
Timely delivery with ordering. I like the transparency and found that the questionnaire was just a bit more concise than other players currently on the market.
The tablets do smell very strong, however I prefer natural over added sugars/bulking agents as they are unnecessary. It is good value for money too

VITL has provided me with personalised daily vitamins for well over a year, reliably and punctually.
What's more, they provide a free-of-charge way of returning the used blister strips for recycling which is something that is really important to me.

Avoid this company - not far off a scam
Avoid this company – feels like a scam with some very slick marketing.
I feel completely scammed by Vitl. My experience with their DNA test was extremely disappointing and when I raised my concerns, I was met with a patronising and dismissive response from their representative, (VITL have requested I redact the name of the individual representing them, make of that as you wish).
The message I received was full of carefully worded disclaimers and excuses, basically telling me that the test only shows vague “predispositions” and probabilities. None of this was made clear enough before purchase. The whole explanation came across as a justification for why the product doesn’t actually deliver meaningful insights. It felt like smoke and mirrors.
What makes matters worse is that when I requested a refund, I was flat-out refused – yet I’ve seen from other one-star reviews here that Vitl has refunded other customers in the past. That double standard says it all. Instead of treating me fairly, they chose to fob me off with condescending wording and empty offers of a “science team call” rather than acknowledging the issue.
The whole experience was frustrating, unhelpful, and left me feeling completely ripped off. Vitl comes across as hiding behind pseudo-scientific jargon, overpromising in their marketing, and then dodging accountability when customers are unhappy.
Save your money – there are plenty of other companies out there who are more transparent, more professional, and who actually respect their customers.
