I had a neighbour problem that I took to the police,who contacted someone at vivid on my behalf, I received a phone call from Morgan and all though I thought involving vivid would make things worse Morgan has managed to help make things stop

Vivid needs to improve the customer…
Vivid needs to improve the customer journey, improve communication and respond to repairs in a timely manner instead of leaving their tenants in sub standard properties.
The plumber that attended, however, was excellent and did a brilliant job.

I had lloyd who came and fixed my…
I had lloyd who came and fixed my bathroom floor, he repaired the wood underneath very well prior to my floor being done, and today he came and fitted my lino flooring, i am very pleased with the service from lloyd and the amazing work he has done in my bathroom. All round a lovely man and i thank him for doing a brilliant job.

The engineers were due to attend today…
The engineers were due to attend today at the pre-arranged time, but no one arrived within the agreed time slot. I even received a message saying they were on their way, but they never turned up.
This is particularly frustrating because yesterday they arrived before the agreed time slot, when we were still out, and simply left a note saying they had attended but no one was home. I am extremely disappointed with the service and find the whole situation very frustrating.
