I renewed my home internet at the shop today. After one year of using this service i chosed to get again the same offer. The customer service is excellent.
Related to phone service, the bundles are superb! Me and my family use contract numbers, the service is unstopable and unlimited.

I bought a Tourist Pack and the activated SIM did not work due to a fault in their system. The online helpdesk could not provide a solution, one Vodafone shop in Durrës refused to help me, another shop had no replacement card for me.

I would give only 1 star, but I give 1 more for Erla, the lady from the third Vodafone shop in Durrës I visited (Vodafone_Shop_Durres_4). She persisted to find a solution. She made some lengthy calls to Vodafone and the next day she called me and told me I could come and get a replacement SIM.

Vodafone, please try to provide better service, and please give Erla a pay raise!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have encountered in my life was the Vodafone Albania. Do not buy a Vodafone card in Albania if you visit. Choose another provider. I have no words to describe how bad their customer service is... Very bad experience with them.

Every year it becomes worst, you steal from people and tourist, you need to be shamed! We paid for 2 sims 50 euros 25 each sim and it lasts only 21 days!!!! Then after this you need to charge it with another 20 euros to have 30gb internet and 15 euros for 10gb! Just shame on you! Don’t choose this company, next time I am going to visit Albania I swear I am going to choose better companies!!!

As nje yll.20 mij lek dmth 20 euro ne muaj 5 giga..qe mbarojn brenda javes. Giga jo te verteta.turp te keni.ne itali 9.90 euro kam internet illimitato per gjitj muajin.

Pessima esperienza, Il servizio clienti di Vodafone risponde dall'Albania, personale non qualificato che non sa come esprimirsi in Italiano e conseguentemente non riesce a capire l'entita' del problema.
Mi sono state date tutte le volte informazioni differenti con un tono despota e non professionale!
Vodafone sei una VERGOGNA!!

I was a client on Abcom after Vodafone Albania steps in I had a lot of issue .Bad service internet issue weekly level . At least on average 20 days without internet yearly and issue at least 2 instance per week.I risk my job because of this provider

Abbiamo richiesto un passaggio portabilità con Vodafone, garanzia che la scheda sarebbe arrivata presso il
Domicilio fornito per le vie brevi.
Da allora la scrivente si è messa in contatto con il servizio clienti per circa un mese, lo stesso rispondeva sempre attraverso operatori presenti in Albania. Informazioni discordanti, nessuna professionalità, direi che la compagnia Vodafone non verifica probabilmente quanto il servizio in Albania sia efficiente.
Se la telefonia mobile viene gestita con questi parametri, le garanzie sono pessime.

This is not a company, this a well-structured thieving band.
The schemas they use are a few.
The latest one is with the monthly bill.
When you pay it in person, they would say that the payment is done but the system won't work so they can't give you the receipt, but they will take the money from people, mainly elderly people which don't understand what they are been told.

And when they would go next month, they are told that they need to pay 2 months, because they haven't payed the previous months and they would ask you to pay show the previous receipt that you took from paying.

And this thieving band hire arrogant people at the customer service to intimidate client who ask for information.
Albanians are trapped by these types of providing "companies" and looks like they have no hope.

Eksperience shume e keqe, sherbimi i internetit skandaloz ne zonen ku banoj ne Tirane, nese del jashte Tiranes je praktikisht pa mbulim. Sherbimi i klientit pervecse i paafte shume arrogant dhe i pa sjellshem, kur nuk dine si te pergjigjen te mbyllin telefonaten ne fytyre!

i bought 300mb/s internet and NEVER, and i stress NEVER received this speed through cable or wifi. Terrible service and worthless client service. Don't buy Vodafone internet service.

Horrible experience internet too slow lying about 4G. The 4G internet they have it's working like 2G doesn't worth it too expensive I live in incenter of Tirana and it's look like I'm using internet from the moon

Cant believe that i had to experience such a delusion with this company after having 3 different contracts with them. They notified that my mobile contract was about to expire, offering 2 other offers with a deadline until 17/09 . I call them 16/09 to sign the contract and they say the offer hs expired.While the next day they send me a message that they are sorry that i didnt sign the contract.. And its obvious that they do it on purpose to obligate you sign a more expensive contract since they have the monopol of telecomunication market

Ho fatto una sim turistica per due settimane € 28 (carissima, ma mia scelta). Peccato che la carta ha smesso di funzionare il dodicesimo giorno, con appena 10 giga consumati. Andata all'assistenza, mi hanno semplicemente detto: " si, doveva scadere domani, ma non so perché ti è scaduta ieri". € 28!!!!!!! Vergognosi!!!!!
