The most overrated mobile and internet service provider in Albania.
Mobile portability proposed by them as part of a promotion, you accept and then the long journey to the abyss begins. First, they say the old provider refused the request and advise you to give it another try. The second time the request gets rejected again and you explicitly say OK DON'T CONTINUE WITH THE PORTABILITY, please nullify the request.
After a month or so, out of the blue, you receive an SMS telling you that your request has been approved and in a matter of days your mobile number has been successfully carried to the new provider. And the best part is that the portability has been done with conditions that are completely different from the ones that convinced you to take the step in the first place, because the promotion period has ended. As it turns out it doesn't matter the timeframe when you accepted their offer, but when it gets done (that's how they make more money)
And all the mess is irreversible.
I made a formal complain by mail, for which I got two "please wait 24/
48 hours for a reply as we are handling you complain" and then...silence. Absolutely nothing, no more responses to your mails and requests.
Home Internet service and support is also so damn horrible I just don't have words. They leave you hanging, or get back to you after 2 or 3 hours, or don't get back at all. The internet itself sucks also, no bandwidth, no connection on random, and you can't get help anywhere. Someone has hijacked vodafone i think, and it is seriously bad, awfully bad

The worst company with the worst services. 16GB internet in 12 days with wifi at home and in the office. 16GB internet when the phone only scores 1-2GB used?
The rates are then among the highest in the world calculated for basic pay!
When you try not to renew your furniture contract, they renew it for you without even accepting your denial!
Not to mention the fixed network which in addition to not maintaining the advertised bandwidth, is full of filters that only the mail and some web pages can visit!

The only company on earth where costumers have no rights whatsoever. Have employed the most rude and uneducated employees in Albania. Because they use them as slaves by paying the lowest wages in Europe. The computer in the shop is 30 years old and you can’t pay the bills if you don’t have the exact amount because they carry no charge in their tills.

This company is nothing but a thief company. Charge you to refiel 6 gb after 2 days.

The most stressful phone operator ever. They will always play tricks, for instance, if you have an offer until 24 May, that means until midnight of that day. You have to keep topping up so that your number doesn't go passive. If you don't top up for 7 days, you "lose" all the money there was in your card. Honestly, absolute thieves.

I agreed with the others review! Since they bought Abcom their technical support is non professional.

Sherbimi klientit ne qytetin e Vlores eshte ne nivel 0. Edhe pse kam zgjedhur te paraqitem ne dyqane ne orare te ndryshme gjate dites sherbimi me ka vonuar me shume se 30 min vetem per te bere nje pagese abonimi. Komunikimi me klientin si komunikim rruge. Vetem nga sherbimi nuk e rekomandoj kete kompani.

Since they bought Abcom their technical support both online a and shops is non professional.
I bought a device and after I put card there was no connection. After several attempts to call the support they said : Your actual cars is not supported by your device .
Come back in our shop And purchase a new one .
Again the service not working !

The worst company in Albania Vodafone. They are expensive and rip you off. All they think is money! In may 2020 i turned my number in a temporary contract as far i pass 3 months i could cancel this contract. On August 2020 i decided to cancel this contract which was 11.700 leke per month. After a month in September 2020 i had a call from Vodafone what was the reason to cancel the contract which was OK from both of us. In couple hours all the packet i had with Vodafone was disconnected. Ok so far. Then i received sms as i have to pay the bill of 11.700 leke. I asked the assistant at the Vodafone shop that i have cancelled the contract so i should not receive any more bills only if i wish to put a voucher on it as it is prepaid from end of September. But they insisted that i own September bill. OK paid this as well. Then today 5/11 2020 received another bill for the October which i paid a voucher top it up to use the phone where the Vodafone has already disconnected the contract service since September 27. Contacted again and the answer was pay this month to close this contract as it is still active. Then we gone have a look why this contract is still active and you haven't received our service as it should do.
This is so disappointing from this thieves that they don't give a damn for the they customers. They have a bunch of kids young ones which they haven't a clue what they do. All the cost goes to the customer. Shame on you Vodafone Albania 👎

Highest prices ever, nothing new on the service. They need to think more about quality and experience, rather than money.
