If you are a tourist in Albania avoid Vodafone at all cost! You get 40GB of internet for 23€ but it doesnt work at all! In the center of the city of Sarande, in the center of the city of Vlore, the signal is full but the internet works very very slow, almost unusable. If you can, try to find some other internet provider!

Po të kishte mundësi do jepja 0 yje ….. sepse shërbimi që ju ofroni ësht i = me ZERO !! Pagova 2900 Lek të reja për një ofert 1mujore, dhe as një tefonat s’kam bër siç duhet (per një telefonat duhet të merja 3/4 her sepse një her s’më dëgjonin e një her si dëgjoja), po interneti ???? Gjoja 4G?!?! E mora më shum per rrugët….. por më gatrronte më shum sepse intrneti s’punonte fare. Po më e bukura ??? U ankova për shërbimin e “rrjetit më të mir” , edhe mu përgjigjën duke thën - më vjen keq.
Edhe mua më vjen keq për ju por nuk u zgjedh më !!

As a foreign person living in Albania i want to recommend Vodafone to all my friends and even to everyone because with the difficult in language and the help of one from the call center and the quick response from the technician. Thank you team keep going with full energy i wish you all the bestest

Sherbimi fiks me i keq qe ekziston, interneti eshte i ngadalte dhe shkeputet.
Paguan faturat thone si ke paguar dhe pse ti ke skontrinon e pageses nuk te lidhin sherbimin.
Sherbimi i klientit misionin e vetem që kanë është të të percjellin dhe jo te zgjidhni problemin.

I work for vodafone Albania for 11 years in finance, the Albanian management was a night mare, supervisors like Arlind, Imelda Vasian ect, first critics your work as employee, after harassment, threats guardians pressure alimented by them to stay low. If you oppose to protect your work or your rights, they call the cops or their peace holders just for answering to their pressure. With many former employees they have adoperate persecution to keep mouths shut and lazy mangament on charge. No signs of Colao or British in Vodafone Albania from years. I am so happy that I left them ✌️❤️

The worstttttt company ever!!! I will never buy a vodafone number again! I got one contract for 6months and they postponed it to 1 year without my approval! Went to the office to cancel it and they told me you cannot, we will call you on the phone! Been waiting and still paying as the time goes on and they do not call y!!!

except that they are too expensive. They operate in many standards. if you want to convert your sim card into a virtual card, there are only two shops where you can do that. So you have to go on this shops, even they are far from you. Although you have many shops near you. When you go there, they say that they need authorization to do that. Instead my collegue has done this a couple of months earlier with no authorization! The customer service replied that they are not responsible for other stores (!! so they are not the same company, she doesn't care. You just have to go around). When I asked why they are only two shops for this service, she said: because there are just two months offering this service, but when I claimed about my collegue, she said: she has done more than 6 months earlier.
Our vodafone agent does not answer on phone at all! While the costumer service was trying to make fun of me, saying several times (more than 4-5) goodbye thank you. As if I were deaf!
I have to say, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PLACE (STORE or ONLINE) where they have explained what documents are needed, even more so when they only have 2 shops to offer this service

Worse Vodafone in all the wold Albanian Vodafone I get 32 gb internet it finish in 7 days i Uk 30 gb even if I want I can’t spend them in 30 days stealing from people government end Privat like always

I bought an iPhone here and the apple warranty was already expired, they didn’t email me with a solution for a month, and after insisting they told me “just use our warranty, we are not responsible for apple’s warranty”. Leaves me doubting the product is refurbished or used.

Very bad. You have to wait and wait forever. It is totally waste of time and money😖

Highest prices in area ,the internet is fast but not all the time ,and the GB that they offer are not real the end up so fast.
