I too was scammed like everyone else on this page. The shirt they sent me was nothing like the one that I ordered and they told me they were out of that shirt and they picked a similar sure.
Which was nowhere close to what I wanted . Plus I made them aware that I didn't give them authorization to send me another shirt. I'm going to notify chase bank and report them and let chase bank handle it.

Do not under any circumstances deal with this company based in Hong Kong. It is s scam operation. As for products these are cheap and of very poor quality with little resemblance to those shown in adverts on line which appear to be good, they are not. Clothing had all labels cut out, even washing instructions so manufacturers cannot be identified. There is no returns facility and no refunds.

100% scam. Should have known better.
Clothes are rubbish. No labels, no sizes. Facebook comments are the same under every item. The huge range of clothes and colours they supposedly sell would outshine any retailer in a complete Chinese fantasy world. Chances of getting any money refunded - zero.

This is a scam company from China. Delay in responding to my email. They will not cooperate for a return and only offer a 20% refund which I doubt that I will get.

I ordered an item that when received was absolutely not what was pictured. When I requested a refund I was given the run around, offered a 20% return and a $20 coupon. When I refused that I was then offered a 30% refund and again a $20 coupon. Again I refused and told them in wanted 100% refund. I was told that I would have to pay shipping back to China. The return address was in WIsconsin. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..EVER

I ordered 6 items on Dec 7 with a "deliver in time for Christmas" promise from this company. Received the items on Jan 4—poor quality (both material and stitching). I was also told on FB that they shipped from the UK, which they do not; they ship from China. Why not disclose this? I sent a return request on the same day (Jan 4). I was offered a 30% refund, then 40%, then 45%. I said I wanted 100%, as they were of poor quality and did not arrive on time as promised. I hope they refund my money in full, as a trustworthy business would do, and I will update this post if they honor their promises.

Do not order from this company! They will say your order has been delivered in your mailbox or porch but you will never get your order. A complete scam!!

I didn't receive my order, they claim it was delivered to my mailbox but it would never fit, then told me to call the post office to see where it was. A complete ripoff. The company is a scam, NEVER order anything from them.

This site is completely unreliable. The products pictured do not resemble what is delivered. Following a three week delay in shipping I received two entirely different items than ordered. Both size large, but one so small as to be unable to put it on and one large enough for a defensive linemen.

An email to the Chinese company's customer service was responded to with an offer to return the products at my expense to China or accept a 50% discount.

since neither item is wearable or worth even the cost of shipping I am donating them to
our local shelter for big and small.

Further, since other reviews suspect this site is phishing, I have filed a dispute with the credit card company and have canceled the credit card I used for the original purchase. Lastly I have placed a fraud report on all the credit monitoring services.

If you still think it's a good idea to order from Vogatiwues, do so at your own peril.

Never received my order, sat in ready to ship for weeks with no delivery date. Where’s my order. My order now says review your product, but I never received it 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 this place is a freaking scam !!!

This company is a scam you will never get your merchandise . They took my money and never shipped me my merchandise. I tried reaching them and no luck .

I ordered two quarter zip pullovers. The colors don't match what they show online and the material quality is poor. I emailed their refund policy contact email four times and left voice messages twice with no response from either. I would never order from this company again.

I ordered a shirt that was pink and size 5 XL. This company sent me a red shirt in three XL. When I told him, but it happened. They wanted me to ship it back to them at my cost for their mistake. If I didn't wanna ship it back, they would refund me 50% of the cost of the shirt for a shirt that I did not order For a shirt that they sent the wrong color and the wrong size. Do NOT order from this company

Do not waste your money on this crap.

The only reason I rated them a one is because zero wasn’t an option. Worst customer service ever. I wanted to return a purchase they never gave me a location other than they are out of the country. Refused to give me a full refund. There solution was to donate the items and the most they could refund me was 40%. They never refunded any amount.

Product arrived from China and was very poor quality. Company initially refused to allow a return, instead offering a 20% discount. When pushed, they agreed to refund, only if I sent the items back to Hong Kong at my expense, which would have cost almost as much as the items. After pushing, I settled on a 50% refund. Glad I received that at least. I'll be donating the clothes to charity. Maybe someone will use them, considering the poor quality.

Product looks nothing like in their photos. Took almost three weeks to arrive. Asked how to return was offered 20% refund and $20 coupon. I pushed back and now they are offering 40% refund. Stay away cheap Chinese chit.

Poor quality items, adverts were good had me hooked. No answer when trying to return items that should be on sale in Prixxxk .
