Steven Langstaff called 30 mins before to let us know he was on route. Friendly , calm and polite. Explained why he was here- took us through his assessment of the boiler issue and repaired within an hour!! Excellent service. Highly recommended. Thanks Steve!

Engineer attended to look after a leaky boiler. Called pre arrival and knew exactly what issue was and was able to fix straight away. Happy boiler, happy customer. Had an engineer out named alan mcd. Done a grand job and was pleasant guy.

I had an engineer out to repair my boiler this week as I had an issue. The engineer phoned in advance before he arrived which was great. He was friendly and chatty, very efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what the issue was and how he resolved it. He gave me advice on how to look after my boiler too. Good to know there are still hard working engineers out there. I believe his name was Eddie Blackwood.

Lyndon was extremely helpful and was able to book engineer at the earliest time possible

Steven Langstaff ,the Vokera engineer arrived today at the time he indicated through the pre-visit phone call and carried out the annual service of our boiler promptly and efficiently as he has done over the last several years.
He is an excellent ambassador for Vokera.

Excellent Combi boiler at a great price and excellent customer support in the event anything does go wrong.

Having called out a local firm to our boiler fault the quoted £1200.00 repair, but said it would be better to fit a new one.
Realise boiler was still under makers warranty. Steve Longstaff from Vokera attended my warranty call-out today. Steve explained everything and had my boiler fully working in an hour. Excellent service, thank you Steve.

Andrew has been our regular engineer for a good number of years now and is very pleasant, sociable and informative, highly recommended.

The engineer, Andrew repaired my boiler quickly and efficiently. He was able to explain why the part had failed. He was great to deal with. The call centre were great to deal with too. All in all an outstanding experience.

Really happy with the warenty repair service (got an extended on through an affinity installer). Though the web reporting/ booking parting was difficult to find, gave Vokera a phone; booked easily nil hassle, person on the phone was really sound. Engineer Colin Mcaleney arrived at an ideal time, diagnosed and fixed in about 15 mins (had the right part in the van).

Steven Langstaff came out to sort the boiler issue and made it very clear what the issue was and how to resolve it. I cant praise him any more the efficiency and communication which is a rare thing these days.

Great investment for your money.

We have fitted all of the options on both of the new platforms in the last couple of years and have been hugely impressed with how they have performed. I was a bit sceptical at first as some of the older platforms weren’t the best to work on but they really have put out a cracking set of game changing boilers in the last 3 years.

Products that are built to last with amazing customer service, the new range of combi boilers, Vibe Max (7yr warranty) Synergy (10yr warranty) & Pinnacle (12yr warranty) gives my customers a fantastic lengthy warranty on their new boiler, as well as a Stainless Steel heat engine!! Which is paramount to having a lasting boiler, a lot of other over priced boilers on the market don’t offer the same structural integrity in my opinion, working in Scotland the support that they bring is next to none, fast and efficient remedies/support in the unlikely event of a boiler issue occurring!!! Massive thank you for your support not only from me but from the hundreds of happy customers I have installed for!!!
