volt connect, what a great bike. delivered to local bike shop and took through all aspects of bike. nifty little allen key set, but missing the size for adjusting the saddle. this may be because it requires a certain torque. to have 2 types of lock is great and gives extra piece of mind when out and about. range of the volt connect is great. friends have seen the bike and are looking at the range of volt electric bikes. definitely a company i would recommend.

Bought a volt metro in late 2024 from my local dealer after looking at quite a few other makes. Very impressed as soon as i saw it. All branded components. Beautiful paintwork. British designed and British made and built and great price. Wanted it mainly for UK holidays hence choosing a folder. I have a high end emtb but i'm finding that i'm now riding the volt recreationally more than my emtb as it's such a comfortable and easy bike to ride. It tackles gravel tracks with ease. I've ridden upto 50 miles on the transpennine trail on the low power setting with still 1 bar left on the battery and i'm 13 stone.
I've now had to purchase a volt LS for my wife as i let her ride mine and she said it was a much better and smoother ride than her own bike.
Volt are easy to contact and the customer service is brilliant. I had a small delay on delivery of the LS and when i chased it up they were on it immediately and even sent me a bag of accessories free with the bike by way of an apology.
Buy british i say!

The bike is well made and does everything I want it to do. Happy so far.

Really like my Volt LITE! Very easy to fold, powerful and really nice feeling of ride in general! It takes a bit of time to get used to how you need to roll it once it’s folded eg to move it in my building, but overall pretty satisfying!

The staff at Volt London HQ were also really nice and helpful when I came for the test ride.

I will say, maybe give a bit more detail on delivery timings? You receive an email saying it’s been dispatched and it’ll take a few working days, but i’d have appreciated the possibility to track the parcel.

I ordered a Metro folding Ebike & it arrived to my local cycle shop on the Isle of wight with the wrong pedals , one phone call later and the issue was resolved within ten minutes , very impressed & a special thanks to Elliot from Volt , excellent customer service & agreat bike ! I did a lot of research before settling on Volt & I have no regrets .

Bike delivery was quick,direct to home address and not a local dealer as I expected 15-20 miles away.
Haven't really used the bike much (1 mile) but seems ok. have hired this model previously and loved it.
Not so keen on the website. Hard to find things, easier to come out and Google what you're looking for and go from there.

The Burlington bike is exactly what I needed and rides very well. The delivery was very quick and the use of a local agent made the purchase a very rewarding experience with their thorough demonstration of the bike and accessories.

Having spent many weeks researching and reviewing the many e-bikes available, I eventually decided on purchasing the Volt Pulse.
Being 65yrs of age and since it’s well over 30yrs since I was last on a bike, it was important that I took the time to research in order that I could have a bike that was most suitable.
I could not be more delighted with my new bike. Easy to control using the 4 power modes alongside the 8 gears. I mostly switch off power when riding flats, however the 4 power modes are more than adequate for any riding situation. In the past few months since purchasing my bike I’ve managed to cycle just over 500 miles, and I am due to visit the Outer Hebrides in March for a week long cycling holiday.
I purchased a bike rack from Halfords that fits perfectly on the back of my Ford Focus and performs perfectly. weight limit 25kg. Make sure you remove the battery before mounting on the rack, that way the bike should weigh in around the 23kg mark.
One small thing to consider, the bike is quite heavy to lift on to a rear mounted bike rack.To make it easier, I purchased a small lightweight adjustable caravan type step from eBay for around £12. Makes a great difference and as it is foldable it is easily stored in your car/van.

excellent design, excellent build and just outstanding support- they gave me a 100 quid panier box thing which is genius design in itself. if you're buying an electric bike buy british, buy Volt.

I am very pleased with my Volt Metro LS. The bike arrived two days before Christmas and I have now enjoyed riding for 38 miles, despite the weather. I wanted a bike that could be serviced by a local dealer, and Andy and Rob at Exmouth cycles are friendly and helpful. I also liked that Volt bikes are made in Britain. The Metro LS was my choice as it could be folded to take in the car and compact enough when not folded to keep in a small summerhouse. The rack on the LS version was more suitable to attach the pannier bag I use regularly for swimming, and the bike seat went lower so my wife could also ride it. I am appreciating the seat post and front fork suspension, built in lights, disc brakes, integrated security lock, and bigger battery; an improvement over my previous electric bike.

Ordering online was straightforward. It was clear that the order would be sent to a cycle shop if my choice. I submitted the details.

I researched carefully my requirements to replace my old electric bike, a Raleigh Motus Grand Tourer, which served me well. My local bike shop, Cycle Fixit, Hythe, has maintained my bikes for years and are agents for your bikes. I discussed replacement with Ross and happily decided to buy a Pulse. Your special offer was fantastic and I am really pleased with my new bike. I was kept informed of progress from order to delivery, it arrived much quicker than I expected, the build quality is excellent, everything works perfectly and I have the comfort of knowing that any spares for the future will be available. My local cycle mechanic Ross is very experienced with maintaining your products and that was a big factor when I made my final choice of bike. The extras in the pack were greatly appreciated. I picked up a 2nd-hand Volt bike a few years ago that was broken. But speaking with the sales representatives and the bike technicians, they helped not only restore this bike to full working order, but have helped give advice, have had friendly discussion of things to watch out for, and all without pressure to purchase the latest and greatest of their (genuinely impressive) e-bike lineup.
They respected that i wanted to do my part in looking after the planet & not generating waste. And they even helped give life to this discontinued model.

Finally, I want to shout out Kevin, who after a 5-mins phone call was able to painlessly sell me a replacement battery - all whilst offering me great customer service and helping me find what would work best for me.

I cannot promise that the products are cheap, but with their range of discounts (from the cycle to work scheme, their sales and others) this can certainly help.
However the cost is more than justified - with the amazing quality of the products and great customer service you will receive.

Very happy with this bike (and Volt team) and I hope to keep cycling with it for many more years!
