2nd Volt bike purchased. Good quality product and great service

I have been a Volt owner for 9 years, and dealing with them still has that personal touch.
PS Their bikes are great too!

My purchase of a VOLT Metro went very smoothly with both VOLT and the Northern Ireland VOLT distributor making the purchase a pleasant and trouble free experience. Furthermore I am very satisfied with the performance of the bike - it feels like it is gliding along when I cycle. A very smooth experience. This is the 3rd e bike that I have purchased from VOLT.

The bike shed Margate extremely helpful arranged test ride and was very impressed and brought it there and then.

very disappointed in my Volt Burlington. Its 2.5 years old and only done 1.5k miles. Already had to replace leaking break callipers and now the battery changer has stopped working. No help from volt, just its out of warranty, buy a new one...

Very impressed with Volt’s customer service .The person delivering the bike took time to go through the set up and important points about the particular model. I had a few queries after a week or so, which were dealt with efficiently and knowledgeably in a phonecall to customer services.

Great Bike (Volt Kensington) which my wife loves. Positives are British design and build, easy 12 months finance (interest free) and good dealer service. Negatives were sales process took too long and I felt at times I was chasing Volt to purchase a £2K bike. When someone travels 20 miles for a test drive, make sure you speak to them ASAP! Classic British business - Sales process needs to be slicker and the Sales Director need to recruit a couple of people who can chase and close sales in the way American do so well.

Easy to get in contact, test ride the bike and clear any questions

We bought a Pulse for my wife, second hand but with only 2 miles of use. We were so impressed we bought an Infinity for myself. We use them regularly for commuting and workhorse type tasks, even got a trailer to go with them, replacing use of an internal combustion engine on many occasions. Great bikes!

Easy to test the bikes, easy to order and collect the bikes from the local bike shop

I bought my Volt Burlington last October and 10 months on, and having ridden 500 miles or so, am really pleased; comfortable riding position, just the right level of electric assistance to cope with hills and I get peace of mind with the chain and incorporated rear wheel security bolt. Very pleased

I arranged a test ride and my bike was delivered to my favourite store, cycle care in Wycombe, who professionally assembled and prepared the bike for me. Seamless process!!

Unbelievably great service!
Came from Surrey on the train. Arrived with a problem with motor/gears expecting to leave the bike.
Michael sorted the parts. Mechanic (Apologies didn't ask his name) dropped what he was doing and fitted in an hour. Including a new rear inner tube and checking the bike over.
Matilda bought me a coffee and we put the world to rights.
If every day we should make someone else's life better, the Volt team did it. :)

I did quite a bit of research into an ebike before I bought one. I chose the VOLT Kensington because of the security features, the basket and colour.
It has surpassed my expectations. I have rode in to work today (Central London) some 15 miles for the first time ever. With a bad knee and suffering the effects of an RTA (whilst driving a car) this would not have been possible on a regular bike.
People have said to me it doesn't look like an ebike, which I think is a bonus.
It's super simple to use and having barely ridden a bike for over 30 years this is great. If you're thinking about it, book a test ride!

Extremely easy purchase bought on the Saturday and delivered by the Friday to my preferred dealer. They made the bike and basket to an excellent standard. I am not a cyclist but this is perfect for the hilly area that I live to get out in the great outdoors, the bike is a Kensington, it’s comfortable, quiet and with plenty of assistance when needed. Overall an excellent purchase that I love!

The folks at the HQ in London are simply awesome - all of them. Reported a problem with my bike on a Wednesday afternoon, was advised to bring it in, problem fixed under warranty an hour later. Extraordinary, personal service.
