The Metro-S bicylce I bought seems well designed and, after I figured it out, does what it needs to. 1-2-1 customer support during the sales process was great as was the support from the bike technician who checked and assembled it on arrival. So really great service! It's one downside, for me, was that the associated documentation is generic to the full Volt's range and a bit vague on the specifics of folding bikes (which is the new bit to me). Finally figured it out via youtube links but a clearer manual on those aspects would have been helpful.

I bought a Metro LS with larger battery. It's simply the best present I ever treated myself to. Fantastic local support from Arnold Bike Shop. I love all the integrated security features and the comfort of front and rear saddle suspension. Highly recommended

I am new to electric bikes and love my Kensington - however one very annoying feature is that to get the battery out (essential as we travel with our bikes a lot) you need to lift the seat which loses your height setting and you need to start again only a small thing but very irritating

Easy booking of a test ride from agent not too far away from us. Agent (Mark) was superb and let us borrow his demo bike for a prolonged period. Love all the additional features and easier rideability than previous e-bike, which I was looking for to extend my riding experience in spite of a recent disabling diagnosis. Prompt delivery and set up by Mark. I would happily recommend my Burlington e-bike

This is the second bike purchased, after purchasing a Pulse LS for my wife in April I decided to buy a Pulse myself.
Really pleased with them.

Had a test ride of the Metro ebike at a local bike shop which was really useful. Easy ordering. Good communication. Quick delivery. Great bike to ride. The power is amazing. Have done 20+ miles and all 4 battery lights still on. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service by Lee at Abingdon Behind Bars cycles, very knowledgeable about Volts bikes,they very easy to use, the Metro LS is great little bike as I'm 4 11", its not too heavy to lift, if you remove the battery, obviously the bike is lighter to pick up & easier to manage. Great & easy to ride, really good compact bike, cleverly designed, I thought the security systems was absolutely brilliant. We had a slight hiccup with the battery pack, Volt customer service was great & arranged to collect a new one from our local bike shop OnYerbike in Bournemouth, it was a great team effort 👌

Very helpful staff when I phoned with a query before ordering, ordered late on Friday afternoon and bike arrived via local bike shop the following Saturday (8 days later) in time for my wife’s birthday. Good quality, very impressed.

I recently purchased a Volt Metro (the coolest bike ever in white with retro white wall tyres !). Not only cool but technically superb...a joy to own and ride. The addition of Panniers and rack, helmet and security chain made it perfect (fully functional, safe and secure). Thanks to Kevin, Elliott and James for Volt's outstanding customer service ethos. Not forgetting Richard and Sean at Mandarin Cyles Norwich - for fantastic and ongoing service. SUPERB all round guys - many thanks.

The bike is great but the delivery was substantially later than promised.

When I complained I was offered an iPhone holder as a gesture. This took a while to arrive and when it did it said it would not fit any iPhone later than the iPhone 7 which was discontinued in 2019 so utterly useless.

The whole process was easy to follow using purchase process on the Webb site,and to be able to collect the bikes from the local agent was great. We are really pleased with our bikes so far.Having an electric bike is a game changer.

The bike is good but the speed of service was very slow, it took nearly 4 weeks to get the bike from order.

Absolutely love my Volt Burlington. It runs so smoothly and gives me all the power I need. Constantly looking for reasons to use it!!! Massive thanks to Mark Sinclair (local volt bikes agent). He was fantastic. Gave great advice and has been so helpful from test ride, collection and beyond.

Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a bike for collection from their central London shop and while it did take a bit longer than I was told by pre-sales, it was still reasonable. I had reason to return and again the service was outstanding.
I’ve done 85 miles in just over a week of having it and it’s been a joy. The gears are great, the engine is unobtrusive and I can manage on a low assist most of the time.

Well done Volt. A proper e-bike.

I've had the bike for around a month now and I'm very happy with it. It is well equipped and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it
