The test ride arrangements worked really well, allowing me to buy with confidence.

The bike is very comfortable and has great suspension.
The motor has good power and the folding mechanisms work well.
The extra security features (fob and back wheel) are a great idea.

Service has been friendly throughout.

From ordering my Volt Pulse,i was kept in the loop,i found the customer service to be top notch.On collecting my bike from Bays Bikes Morcambe i was given a full run through of the bikes systems and capabilities,i couldn't be more chuffed👍😀

Didnt have to wait long for my bike. Was all ready for me from local bike shop to me. Really a great ride with elecric assistance for those hills and any cross wind. Cycles like a breeze

I bought the Volt Metro about 2 months ago, and have put around 550 miles on it. The bike itself is excellent, just very heavy. I'm (relatively) young and fit, and didn't expect the weight to be an issue, but it's very heavy. If you're not really having to fold and carry it often, it's a fantastic bike. The different power levels let you push yourself if you want to, or just cruise if you're tired.

I live in London and have been dealing directly with the team in the office in London Bridge. My experience with them has been amazing. Always super responsive, really friendly. I had an issue with the battery that came with the bike but they gave me a loaner whilst they ordered a new one which I picked up a few days later.

Love the bike, simple to use and understand. Very well built. Very impressed with the customer service and speed of delivery after the order was placed. Have already got a workmate ordering a Volt bike after he saw mine.

They took the time to show me various option I could have, did two test cycles arranged easily - loads of great advice. The ordering was swift and efficient. And I can't tell you how much I'm loving my new Metro - its so nippy and comfortable, I'm inventing reasons to go and use it!

I'm a 68 year old male with mild COPD. Purchased Volt Pulse E-Bike a fortnight ago and it has made my daily commute to work a very enjoyable experience. I had put off buying an e-bike because "its not real cycling is it". Was offered a trial ride by Andy at Barbourne cycles Worcester and never looked back. The ride is comfortable and the gearing is such that the motor is not needed on the flat. It comes into its own on hills, flattening them out. Would I recommend this bike? A big yes.

Test rode a bike at the local dealer before going ahead and buying. It was good to be able to do so.
The bike is excellent, really well made and very comfortable to ride. I’m loving it. The power settings feel just right and together with the gears enable you to easily decide how much effort you want to put in at any given time.
Volt are a British company and I thoroughly recommend them.

The people at VOLT were so friendly and helpful - and easy to contact, too, which makes a nice change! They called to answer queries, but were never pushy. I'm so happy with my bike and I'd recommend VOLT to anyone looking for an e-bike.

The bike is great, well built and very comfortable to ride.

Firstly, I knew I wanted a UK-produced e-bike. Volt came up on my search and when I discovered they were Milton Keynes-based I was delighted (15 miles up the road!) (not that it's particularly relevant with online purchases but it felt good!)
I obsessed over a couple of models (Metro LS and Kensington) and pored over the Volt website for months (almost 2 years...) before a new local dealer arrived on my radar and I figured that was a definite sign from the Bike Gods to get my act together. I arranged a test ride which was very successful and I went straight home and ordered my new Kensington in blue. Like a Rhapsody in Blue, but on wheels.
It arrived with my local dealer (the highly knowledgeable Ashley at Bike Barn Workshop) and was ready for me to collect within less than a week of ordering. I rode it home (only 4 miles but it allowed me to really get a feel for all the important features) - sadly it's been awful weather ever since but later today and certainly tomorrow do look better so I'm planning my first proper outing.
I anticipate this bike to get me out more, to get me popping out for stuff too far to walk to but a shame to get the car out for, as well as just some fun cycling without killing myself up hills. Also, I've ALREADY countered a "that's cheating" comment with my well-reasoned (and true) argument - about using an e-bike being 100% better than not getting out on a bike at all.
A splendid purchasing experience; no hassles, no delays and fingers crossed, no hitches. All good.
Oh, and the bike is GORGEOUS!!!

Ordered a new battery from volt, however the on off button was faulty and at £550 felt i couldn't live with the problem. Sent it back and it was fixed promptly and contacted me to say it was being returned Tuesday 9th May 2023. Saturday 13th May and the 24hr delivery has still not arrived. When a company with a pretty good reputation jumps in bed with a shoddy courier i'm afraid it reflect of the company and has really changed my view of them. My advise is buy from the retailers not their website. So Tuffnells you've ruined my weekend and wasted two days off work waiting.

Not ridden a bike in years and recently had a triple heart bypass I needed a way to build up my strength. The pedal assist means I can increase the amount of energy or decrease it as I need to.

I ordered the bike with the tracking system,unfortunately this wasn't fitted.I got in touch with Volt who are sending me a new bike to be delivered to my door .That is customer service.

An excellent services from start to finish. Great comms and great box of goodies.

I visited Bikepost in Troon to test a couple of the Volt bikes and immediately fell in love with the Pulse LS.
I like the fact that Volt bikes are designed and manufactured in the UK.
The Pulse LS is such a compact bike perfectly suited to me as I am under 5 foot 3. My bike was ordered from Volt online on a Saturday afternoon and it was delivered by Bikepost the following Thursday. Brilliant service!
Smooth cycling. Gears are super easy to use and I cycled 20 miles with ease the second day I had it. Thank you Volt 😄

I have just purchased my first e-Bike. Couldn't be more happy with my VOLT Alpine e-bike. Went for my first 15 miles ride along the River Tay in Scotland. I was just fantastic. The bike is comfortable and works great (and looks awesome too!). Big thanks to Mark Sinclair (Sinclair Cycles - Kinross). I went there to try out the bike and Mark delivered my bike at my home. Totally recommend VOLT BIKES! Thanks.
