From initial enquiry to placing our order, over a period of 2 weeks Sam Barker was always ready to offer advice either over the phone or by email. Advice was based on what WE wanted to get from our electrical system. Never felt as though he was upselling, just simply advising the best solution. Checks elsewhere confirmed Sam's advice and design specification was spot on. Thanks Sam. If we ever do this again, I'll be back.

Supply of the right kit for our application was made simple by competent, in person, service backup. Wiring diagrams were provided and our technical questions over the phone were given prompt attention and answered in layman's terms. The Vicron Smart Dc to DC charger supplied is an excellent piece of kit. Gordon

Brilliant service

I was unsure about what I needed for my new van conversion so I used the build feature and arranged a consultation.
Sam asked some questions about the build and gave me some options and I went ahead and ordered.

The kit was with me in a matter of days from vunked even tho I ordered right after new year!

There was a bit of a mix up with my battery delivery from fogstar but Sam was on hand to have it sorted straight away.
Can’t fault the quality or the service I’ve recieved from vunked.

I was very apprehensive about the van electrics but at the same time I wanted to give it a go.
Sam from vunked was amazing to deal with, from our initial phone call to various e mails and calls during the install(im sure I did his head in) but he was always there to help.
The wiring diagrams and instructions you receive are invaluable and easy to follow there is no way I would've been able to work that all out and install.
It is very satisfying knowing everything is wired correctly and most importantly safe!!.

It's the second time I've used Vunked as the service was great last time. Yet again, brilliant! Tried to save a bit by sourcing the main components from Renogy, and Vunked didn't have an issue with this. Top work guys!

Unfortunately it turned out I couldn't buy the kit from Vunked due to geographical limitations, but Sam was anyway incredibly helpful and gave me great advice to design a suitable electrical system for my conversion, saving me a lot of time and headaches! Highly recommend!

Purchasing items was easy with expert advice on the website and phone consultation, product's turned up within two days great service, not done instruction yet so hopefully get help during installation if needed,

Endlessly helpful even after ordering everything and adding things to the system - offering more wiring diagrams to help build the system at no extra cost and even offering phone calls to discuss what I'm trying to achieve!

As a novice when it comes to van electrics Vunked proved to be my saviour when it came to ordering my electrical system. The website is full of fantastic information, answering all of my queries and helping me decide exactly what I needed and why. The ordering system was so easy to use and "behind the scenes" all the components, such as appropriate wires, fuses etc were automatically added and came in one delivery. It was accompanied by a wiring diagram and more detailed step by step guide which will prove invaluable. I had a small query (due to my ignorance) which I raised by email and Alan answered within minutes with the info required. Overall I'd have no hesitation in recommending Vunked and it's a comfort to know they are there to answer my queries. Well done!

From the phone consultation to making the decision what we wanted was statuut forward with a consultant listening to our wishes. We where offered several solutions, highlighting the differences between each of them.
After our conversation the email gave us all that we ordered with another chance to make changes. No pressure, just a list of all the items where you could add or remove before finalizing your order
Order was confirmed and paid around lunch time, the whole order arrived the next day.

Excellent communication and service

Started designing my system with another company (nohma) and when I came to purchase they ended up disappearing and not returning any calls or messages for 2 weeks. Ended up getting fed up of waiting as I was on a tight schedule so I gave vunked a message. Got a message back the same day and vunked where extremely happy to replicate the system and even price match. Kit then got sent out with wiring diagrams and build instructions being sent the same day as purchase. Instructions are super easy to understand even for me who try to stay away from any electrical jobs. Everything was with me within 2 days. Unfortunately my solar panel had been damaged during transit but when I contacted vunked about what to do they offered either a replacement sent out free of charge or a 50% refund on the panel with a guarantee that if it doesn't work a new panel will be sent no matter how late I do it. Overall my only issue was that I didn't use vunked in the first place. These legends are amazing to work with and cannot recommend them enough.

Great company, from my 1st engagement Vunked were really helpful, delivery was very fast and they helped me along the way with any queries or questions I had which gave me confidence. The installation instructions and wiring diagram were spot on and were super helpful. I learnt so much installing my own system which is much better that paying a 3rd party company to install and miss out of the knowledge gained.

Sorting out electrics through Vunked just made things so much easier. As long as you have a good base for what you want for your van, they will sort the rest and the instructions they provide are more than enough to get you through the install. I have some prior experience with electric installs but was very much appreciated to have their booklet guide me through. Their customer service has also been great - quick replies to various questions and getting extra kit when needed.
Its mainly victron stuff, which is top of the line, but if you're okay paying for that and good quality kit then Vunked are definitely the best route imo.
We went pretty much full out with a complete off-grid system. The only thing I can think of retrospectively is some more details in the instructions when it comes to wire lengths, voltage drop, choosing fuses for circuits and that more nitty gritty stuff.
