Did not receive and did not answer my emails do not purchase from this company they are scammers.

This company is a scam. I ordered a device from this company and had the same experience as many others. I paid for 1 item and they charged me for 12 items. I have not received any item even after emailing them many times.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Order not received, they added more to my order than I asked for ,and extra £28. I asked for a refund but nothing, no reply to emails, do not order from this company they are Scammers

I brought 1 item @£14 . it auto clicked 2 more packs they took £34 & the£14 ,
Ive emailed 3x and no reply . They are disgraceful

Never recieved my item , its been a couple of months now an the item is so small it could be sent in letter post im sure..

Ordered a selfie stick from them. Weeks later maybe 6 weeks I had an email saying DELIVERED however it wasn't delivered and I've had no response from my emails to them. Total scam and rip off. Clear pay who I paid with were no help either. They just said contact the seller. So annoying this experience. Don't buy from them.

After weeks of waiting for delivery I get an email saying “Delivered” when it most certainly wasn’t. Not impressed. Looks like others have had a similar situation. Have sent 2 queries but no response.

Ordered goods on 8th August but haven't received them, would not use this company again.

Honestly I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Pure crappy company. Firstly they got my order wrong, took my money last April 2025 and I still haven't received my goods. I tried to email and messenger to no avail as they don't respond! Now I just want a refund. Really annoyed, it's no way to conduct a business. Scammers!!! Not recommended at all to use this company.

I ordred an item on the 3rd August,and on the 9th i recieved a message item on its way but until 15th nothing delivered,as i purchased through kalana i made a complain and the funds were refuned today.pls do not order from them.pls see other review all negative

I got a car tracking device on the 25th July only to find out it is only for apple phones the advert did not state this so when I tried to contact them they did not reply I have sent them over a dozen emails and the same in messages to customer service and only had one reply on the 27th July saying that they have refunded me and it will take days still waiting for my refund and I have been trying to contact them with emails and messages but they are avoiding me i have even sent them the proof but they failed to reply so keep away from this company as they tell lie after lie and ignore you all the time
I am still waiting for my refund and still no more texts or messages from them they are still avoiding me

Total scam. There is simply no point in telling you my story as it’s the same as everyone else’s.
You order the goods, you pay for the goods, they don’t turn up.
You contract them, they lie to you, they then ignore you, you then come on here and realise you are not alone..!

I ordered 2 Order Numbers 1403 & 1457 in June
I still haven't received them despite having been told they have been delivered
I have emailed several times and not received an explanation
I contacted the UK courier who denied any knowledge of the orders
You took my money and now I want the goods
Please advise what you are going to do
I want a replacement for both orders sent the fastest way possible please

Ordered a smart scales in june 2025, have yet to receive the order. Emailed company and no reply to date, think I've been scammed. Do yourself a favour and don't order from this company.
