This is simply explained service with very patient service providers that all make sure you fully understand everything.
Liam in particular was brilliant and so easy to communicate with. They don’t hound you like some providers.

Liam helped me get critical illness life insurance over the phone. He was very clear to understand and the process was very easy.

Excellent support and customer service throughout

Aimee was fantastic and very patient as I had to reschedule calls regularly or didn't get a chance to call back as I had a lot of personal things happening and work commitments. She was patient without being persistent and also very understanding. Thank you. She also tried her best to find me deals that considered and included some health conditions that I have IBS, perimenopause. Very helpful. Also although I took a while to have read through the documents, I loved the welcome pack and the little sticky tabs to make life that much easier to prompt what important parts needed filling in and returning.
