I have spoken to a number of Waddle representatives, who were very helpful in identifying ny insurances needs and following up to ensure the process has been simple and hassle free.

Was hesitant at first about switching life insurance but was soon made to feel it was the right move. My advisor leo was very helpful and knowledgeable and worked around times to suit me. Found flaws in my previous insurance and found a better alternative at almost same price. Becky was also realy helpful in resolving my queries. Feel financially more protected now thanks to waddle, would highly recommend

Matthew and Becky were exceptional, provided a great customer service with welcoming and numerous style making the whole experience enjoyable and appealing, thank you to you both, I will highly recommend waddle to friends and family.

Due a medical condition I have very often been told I cannot get insurance. However, after being advised to contact Waddle insurance, it became apparent that they could help. They were very understanding and have provided me with cover that has taken a weight off my shoulders. Jessica, who I spoke with was very good and explained exactly what my cover included and I felt confident in this company. Would definitely recommend.

I spoke to Jess about my insurance needs as I was completely clueless as to what everything meant and what I needed. She was so patient and explained everything really well and gave me advice. Liam the advisor went above and beyond to find the best policy for me ,also when I phoned up with my welcome pack Becky dealt with my phone call and went through everything to make sure everything was present and correct,Becky was very helpful and very polite would recommend this company to anyone for sure.

The Waddle Team have been exceptional with every contact I’ve had with them. Their Customer Service has surpassed all expectations - felt like a bespoke tailored service from an experienced company who have retained their core values. With the very friendly and helpful Aimee, I used Google Meets for the first time; this was incredibly easy and seeing an Advisor ‘face to face’ added to the personal touch. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Waddle for their brilliant and responsive service and very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable team.
