Amazing customer service. I had a faulty blade and it was replaced with no quibble and very quickly. So pleased I purchased from them direct now as less hassle.

I purchased this clipper for my personal use.
It's an outstanding clipper; it does the job perfectly and easily and goes beyond expectations. I highly recommend purchasing such a clipper.
Furthermore, customer service was handling my case professionally as I requested a replacement because the first item had scratches. Therefore, a few days later, I got a confirmation email for a replacement from Rebecca. Thanks Rebecca and good job.

Terrible customer service. You would think for such a big company they’d be more willing to be as helpful as possible but they’re just too greedy.
I contacted them about needing a tiny missing part for my clippers. I was willing to pay for it, even though they don’t sell it on their website. They told me that because they don’t sell it, I have to send my clippers for a full repair service and pay £72.00. I explained that my clippers are perfectly fine, I’ve just lost a tiny part that I need a replacement for. They refused to offer another solution. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Won’t be buying from wahl ever again.
I had a problem with a product and it was quickly replaced.

I had an issue with a product that had stopped charging. It was just over a year old but had been a purchase for a Christmas present, so had only been used for just under a year. Customer service responded to my email within a day, requesting more details of the product and my address. I responded and they dispatched a replacement all within 24 hours of my initial email. First class after sales service from a leading brand.

Recently bought the Wahl Vanish foil shaver and it really is the best I've used. A small issue was swiftly addressed by customer service, friendly and understanding and replied quickly. Great products from a great company.

I ordered a replacement jug for my blender, but to my surprise, the one I received was for a different model. I've been trying to contact customer service for help, but I've been on hold for almost an hour and my two live web messages have gone unanswered. It's been frustrating because I placed my order on December 3rd, and today is December 13th - a whole 10 days later - and I still can't use my blender. At this point, i do not even mind a refund but i cannot get to talk to anyone.

My clipper oil cap was split and Wahl sent out a replacement very quickly. Excellent service from start to finish!

I was impressed with the excellent service I received. The hair clippers we had were 16mth old and stopped working efficiently, they had a 2 year guarantee. Completed the online form, provided proof of purchase. Wahl sent a complete replacement within 2 weeks. This I did not expect, really impressed with the outcome.
