All was clear , company help me step by step . All was perfect

I bought a round trip ticket from this company. The first red flag was when I did not receive any receipt after completing the payment. Nor did I receive tickets, which happens some times.

Second red flag was when I received an email notifying me that my first flight was delayed by a day and a half. Since this would leave me less than 2 days at the destination, I reached out to ask If I could cancel the flight. I used the same communication to ask for the receipt I never got.
The reply I got was that I already received the receipt and nothing regarding my cancellation request.

10 days later, I sent another request about the receipt and I "completed" them on their excellent service (mind this is 2 days before the flight).

Then, I got a phone call of a rep calling to ask me what is it that I want exactly. She said she already sent the invoice (then we checked the email together and she didn't, so she sent it during the call). Then, regarding the cancellation, she said that she asked the airline what are the customer's options in this case. Upon further investigation, she found that she sent that query to me instead of to the airline. And then, you guessed it, SHE ASKED ME WHY DIDN'T I SAY ANYTHING??? (I didn't even see that email).
I told her to basically just forget it and never mind.

To top it all off, I got another call on the same day (1 day before the original date of the flight) from another customer rep saying that they are so sorry about the late update, but my flight tomorrow has been cancelled. I asked if they were sure because I was notified that it was delayed by 1.5 days. They said oh, yes, that's correct. Just shows how much this company is totally misguided.
Stay away.

Bought a ticket from them, on the day of the flight learned that the flight was cancelled. What level of support I got from Wallatours? Absolutely zero. They never responded to my calls, and reolied to my email only in two (!) days. The answer was - "your ticket was never confirmed". The only good thing - they returned the money.
