en fait je connais très bien ce site raison pour laquelle j ai repassé une commande avec grand plaisir !

mais cette fois ci je me suis trompée dans le choix de couleur pour mes extentions j ai contacté le site aussitôt et comme d habitude j ai reçu un très bon suivi et m ont tout de suite proposé de faire un échange en me disant même que je n avais pas besoin de retourner mon article qui ne me correspond pas ! c est du jamais vu j étais déjà très satisfaite mais là encore une fois il on réussit à me surprendre pour celle qui ne connaisse pas encore ce site je recommande vivement et sans hésitation

Wallfree have been amazing. I ordered a hair piece that wasn't quite the colour match I thought. Wallfree offered to send another hair piece free of charge without sending back that first piece. I am very impressed at theor excellent service, prompt response to emails and the quality of the hair piece is beautiful. Thank you 😊

Oh my gosh, got a neck and shoulder massager and it really works presses so hard felt so light after few mins couldn’t do the full 10 mins but I’m so weak lol hate hard massages and my gosh it was super hard well worth the money and great thing can wear it around the house well cooking cleaning ironing like I was thank you so much

Stay away! Customer service is absolutely shocking, you have no rights as a customer and they are very patronising. They sell cheap made in china products you can get a half price from eBay, it’s nothing like they described and it’s so much hustled to get a refund.

I ordered the incorrect hair colour and wanted to return it. I wrote an email to Wallfree and they said that they would send me a new colour and that I didn’t have to return the incorrect colour. I think that’s fantastic customer service and I would recommend using Wallfree.

This is a great company with a wonderful product. I ordered a halo that I loved but unfortunately didn’t match my hair colour. No questions asked, they offered to send me another colour free of charge. I’ve received my new halo and the colour is a perfect match. It’s easy to wear and makes me feel beautiful everyday. If you want a boost to your hair confidence, definitely check this out! I love mine!

I asked for an exchange or return because of the incorrect color of extensions which I chose but they said I could re order for free a better color to match. Thank you

Absolutely amazing product and company.
I was absolutely thrilled with extensions.
They are absolutely beautiful but was so disappointed that they didn’t match my color.
Because they are so good I purchased a replacement online for a lighter color.
Customer service are so quick and efficient that they agreed straight away to cancel my order and send a free replacement.

The hair is top quality, you can feel that. And Customer Service has been very kind in providing me with the right color.

The customer assistance regarding changes to products was great and made my life alot easier. The product was lovely , i just just a different tone colour to my hair where they stated they would send a replacement of the right colour. Communication great and very helpful.

I had ordered the wrong shade of the hair extension on accident and the length was a little too long for me personally, However when asked about a refund/exchange the team were amazing and so helpful with helping getting it started! No complaints!!
