The inkjet packaging was badly crushed & damaged. The Ink Cartridges however appear to be OK.
Waltons should review their appointed courier and/or check that their packers apply more care when packaging deliveries.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry the inkjet packaging arrived badly crushed and damaged. We're glad the ink cartridges appear to be fine, but we agree that this needs to be looked into, both the packing and our courier. Apologies to Waltons, BAD service by RAM.
I collected my parcel this morning, delivered by RAM to Waltons local store. I checked all details on the parcel, no-where my home address is mentioned on the parcel. RAM is therefore the guilty party, and NOT Waltons. How RAM got hold of my home address is making me feeling very unsafe. My sincere apologies to Waltons, I will buy from you again in future when needed to. I hope RAM gets punished by Waltons, by either cancelling their future services, or by giving a suspended penalty.
