Your website assures deliver between 3 to 4 days, it took 8 x days and to make things even better, we are about 2 kilometers from your Woodstock depot plus one of the crates were cracked.

I was unable to return the item to the store due to store policys.I had ro first submit a return online and then drop off the item at the store which seems so inconvienient.I will ratrher shop at a store that makes my life easier.

I received a bad customer service from…
I received a bad customer service from the stuff called Michelle in maponya mall. I used Weltons to print work A3 signages. I waited for her to talk with her cellphone until she finish after I had to be the one who greet her and I told her I need A3 copies. Thn she gave me funny face thn I repeated again. Thn she took 2 (A4 copies) I came with thn go and 2 A4 instead of A3 thn she told me tht I ddnt mentioned A3. When they do copies they don't assume.
