Would have been five stars but given an assured delivery time slot, 2 hrs late, and assured collection day of Friday and was collected on Monday. Being kept informed of this would have resulted in 5 stars.

Skip arrived two days late
Skip arrived two days late, when arrived the skip was dropped in the wrong place, the drop down door had been welded shut and there was rubbish left in the skip from a previous job. I had used ward previously with no problems but after this experience I shall not be using them again.
