I'd definitely recommend WashTech online. I bought a Liebherr fridge freezer and had great customer service when placing my order and friendly delivery, which was on time and they removed the old appliance with no fuss.

I am a returning customer to WashTech and would never go anywhere else. Prices are very competitive and the whole process from start to finish is dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. All staff are most obliging, nothing is too much trouble. Appliances are installed by very helpful and knowledgeable engineers, who also give demonstrations on how to use them. WashTech provide a quick and easy delivery service to suit individual needs and also take old appliances away. All-in-all, I am extremely happy with the service I have received from WashTech and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

My Bosch washing machine broke on Thursday last week, I looked online and came across WashTech. I found their website easy to use and understand, and their prices great. I ordered a replacement Bosch washing machine, by Saturday morning it had been delivered and installed by a very helpful and knowledgable engineer, he also gave me a demonstration on the programmes which I think is fab and so helpful for me :) I am so happy with the service I have received from WashTech and I will definitely be coming back to them when I need any new appliances.

From placing the order to receiving the goods the service provided was excellent. I ordered a Bosch Dishwasher and Siemens Hob, we are outside of the normal delivery area but after a telephone conversation they said they could deliver to me and I would 100% use again. Thank you for the fantastic service.

I had a Siemens built in dishwasher delivered and installed today from WashTechOnline. They were great, I am an elderly man so their engineer being able to install the machine for me was great, and at such a reasonable price! The delivery was on time and didn't interrupt any of my plans I had for the rest of the day, the driver called 30 minutes prior to his arrival as promised.
The whole team are so helpful and friendly, nothing is to much trouble for any of them.
I will definitely be coming back when I need a new appliance and I will be recommending them to my friends, family and anyone who wants a new appliance.

We ordered a dishwasher but needed it delivered on a Saturday which they did the very next week. They even installed it and took the old one away which one large department store would not do. Unfortunately there was a fault with the machine and it didn't work. Despite it not being WashTech's fault, Oliver was so apologetic and ensured that we only had to wait a week before the new machine was installed. The second one worked and we love it! We will definitely go back to WashTech without any hesitation.

I recently moved home. I purchased a large £900 fridge freezer from this company. Despite the 7 day promise and free delivery, it was delayed and when I asked for compensation I was offered an iron. When the fridge freezer was finally delivered it was unprotected and left awkwardly on a landing at 6am (I asked the company to delay the delivery until 7am and they refused to accomodate my wishes). The driver asked me and my husband to help as the item was quite large to take it into the property - it has step free vehicle access from the pavement. The driver became agitated because we asked him to help us take it down six steps to a lower floor. He never mentioned the promised iron, which he clearly forgot about it. This was the email I was sent why I enquired about the iron not being delivered;

"Our driver delivered your New Fridge Freezer and had to spend an extra 25 to 30 minutes due to the access being restricted. This delivery should have been a 2 man delivery at an extra cost of £24.90. Our driver went beyond what he was supposed to do for the Free 1 to 7 Day Delivery Service, which is drop off only in an accessible area. The driver was then asked to take the appliance down to the basement. As you know this area also had restricted access and there were more than 5 steps therefore the driver was not able to do this as it required 2 men for Health and Safety reasons. At this point Mr Hulston became very offensive to our driver, he pushed him several times and used abusive language.
All our drivers are courteous and helpful and do not expect to be spoken to or treated in this manner.
We offered you the Iron as a gesture of goodwill due to the first appliance arriving damaged on the lorry from Siemens. The Iron was on the van at the time of delivery but as Mr Hulston forced our driver off the premise he had no alternative but to bring it back to the warehouse.
The Iron can be delivered to you but there will be a re delivery charge of £49.50.

This is not an accurate description of what happened - we asked the driver to take the item down a 6 steps, he refused to do because it was more than 5 steps, he then when he woke the kids up by getting irate we had to ask him to leave.

Washtec's actions amount to breach of contract; for subjecting the iron to a delivery cost of £49.50, the value of the iron, and not delivered it for free as agreed. You should think very carefully about using this company.

We have not installed the Bosch Double Oven yet.
I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The service Wash Tech gave has been second to none.

Purchased a Dishwasher from Wash Tech at a very competitive price.
It was delivered the following day and fitted by the delivery man, who took time to explain in detail the workings of the machine.
Would certainly use again!

Using Wash Tech was an easy decision, they had a great price on a new Bosch washing machine and their were loads and loads of really positive reviews.

There were a couple of retailers selling it slightly cheaper but the reviews revealed issues with these companies so services such as this are really good for the consumer!

Great service, great communication, great delivery, great products and great prices. What more can you ask for from an online store!

The service from Washtech was superb. We replaced most of our kitchen equipment with updated models from same manufacturer. Any queries were answered promptly. Ordering was easy and installation arranged.
I was unavailable for the install but my wife was home and she reported that the team were superb - friendly. professional and polite and felt comfortable at all times and they definitely cared about customer satisfaction. Washtech installed the dish washer quickly but unfortunately were unable to fit two bosch cookers and induction hob as the power supply (installed by the last kitchen installers) was insufficient and potentially dangerous. This was confirmed by our electrician who rectified the problem. Washtech could have 'bodged' an installation like the prior contractor - they didn't - SUPERB company and service - will use again

I had always used Appliances Online and was a little apprehensive about using Wash Tech as I hadn't heard of them and their prices seemed suspiciously low but after reading lots of reviews I bit the bullet and bought myself a new Bosch washing machine.

I needn't of worried as the service I received was second to none!

I will be buying all of my home appliances from Wash Tech from now on and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Found Washtech on the internet, prices good, quick delivery, took the old machine away - all in all, pleasant and efficient.

So impressed with Washtech. I hadn't heard of the company before but I after reading some good reviews I decided to go for it and I wasn't in the slightest bit disappointed. Will definitely use them again in future. So much cheaper, quicker, and easier to correspond with than all other retailers.
