Don’t like how I’ve spent literally thousands of pounds on £25 pound tickets on raffles and now they’ve decided to be greedy and make the tickets cheaper and the odds even harder what a joke and waste of money .. pointless now

We’ve been running luxury watch competitions for nearly three years, during which time ticket prices have ranged from £2 to £25 depending on the prize and format. Lower-priced tickets are intended to make entry more accessible so more people can take part, rather than limiting participation to higher-value entries only.
Importantly, odds are determined by how many tickets a person holds compared to the total number available — not simply the price of each ticket. When ticket prices are lower, customers can purchase more entries for the same overall spend, meaning the odds per £ spent remain broadly similar.
As a business, we continually adapt how competitions are structured in response to the economic climate and customer preferences. Our goal is to keep draws fair, transparent, and enjoyable while ensuring they remain sustainable to run.
We genuinely appreciate your support and hope to continue offering competitions that people enjoy participating in.

From my first friendly enquiry with Mel, laying down a deposit, to the actual experience the next day purchasing the watch from Heather & Max, the service at WOW is very friendly.
My husband is delighted with his 50th Birthday present, and I have a feeling we will be back next year when it's my 50th.

First class products and service.
I've been buying, part exchanging and selling to Watches of Whitby over the last few years and have always had a great experience. Their watches are absolutely pristine and very fairly priced. The guys in the shop are so friendly, yet professional and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending WOW if you are considering buying a luxury timepiece.

What can I say to measure how pleased the service was from WoW. From the initial call to receiving my Rolex was first class. Not only was the price amazing but the watch was better than I’d expected. Excellent condition pre-owned watches, great service, friendly staff
First time purchase from WofW. Saw the watch I wanted online at a competitive price, called in on spec on a Saturday morning. Small shop, watches and jewellery are nicely presented. The watch was exactly as described, in excellent condition having just had a comprehensive manufacturers service. I took a watch I already own as potential part-ex, although purchase was not dependent on it. We popped out for some breakfast whilst they assessed the watch for condition and they came back to us within the hour. Although they declined the part-ex due to a small mark on the watch glass that was not visible to the naked eye (and so was unknown to me), only visible at high magnification, this did reassure me about the high standards they apply to the watches they sell and gave me further confidence in the watch I purchased. All in all a good experience and would definitely recommend WofW to anyone looking for a high quality pre-owned watch in tip top condition. Only one niggle, the coffee wasn’t great but it was nice to be offered one 😊

Online Watch Purchase
I recently visited the store and was very impressed with the quality of the watches, and friendly staff. After returning home, I decided to purchase a watch online and the whole experience has been fantastic.

Fantastic watch & service
I was recommended Watches of Whitby by my stepson, who really knows his watches. I purchased a Rolex Explorer 2, and from start to finish I cant fault the service or the watch, which was better than described. It arrived on the requested date and packaged perfectly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company, and will most certainly use them again.

I bought my first Rolex on the 20th…
I bought my first Rolex on the 20th September from here and I can not thank them enough. From my initial email regarding a part exchange the communication was outstanding, responses were quick and an appointment made for the following week.
All the staff in the shop were very welcoming and knowledgeable on the day and they couldn’t have done more. Highly recommended place and I’ll certainly be using them again when I’m ready to upgrade or buy another. Thank you.

I purchased a brand new Tudor on 1st September and it was delivered the next day. The packaging was excellent and the addition of a small travel pouch and polishing cloth was a nice touch.
I've emailed WoW a few times prior to purchasing and found them to be excellent in terms of responses. I will definitely be visiting them again for future purchases.

Did my due diligence, having not ordered from WoW before, and placed my order on line. Following a phone call to confirm delivery arrangements the watch arrived the very next day and was extremely well packaged. The watch was exactly as described and I’m very pleased with my purchase and will buy from them again.
